What it is.
The files, the published surface and the store are three records of the same thing, and they drift. This card reads them against each other item by item: the kit (the source files and the lists that say what is on sale), the surface (what is published) and the store (what a buyer meets).
An item reads AGREE only when every leg that spoke agrees. A leg that was not read is named as unread, never assumed; a disagreement names the leg that is wrong and who fixes it. The report is sealed with its hash and the time.
It is a witnessed record of agreement. It changes no one's liability, and it says so.

You want the disagreement fixed silently → refused; the card names it and hands it off.
You want a statement that liability is waived or shifted → refused; a record of agreement changes no one's liability.
You want the store changed → the store's owner does that; this card reads it.
