What it is.
Mints an AI skill card on the house's anatomy for anyone: new writes the packet with its slots — the door with its name and trigger, the card from §0 to §9 with its LIMIT line, the nine-line tin, START-HERE, the licence note, the ledger, a references folder and a scripts folder; check reads every file for the door's form, the anatomy whole, every slot filled, no price typed, no address or phone, and THE BLOCKS — the kinds of card the mint will not make (sexual content, weapons and explosives, pathogens and toxins, harm to a named person, hate, self-harm, malware, fraud, drug synthesis), refused with the kind named and nothing else said; a WATCH word is named for a person to read, never refused. punch writes the record with the door's hash; pack zips the packet only when the check is clean.

THE BLOCKS read words and phrases of clear intent; a card can be wrong in ways words do not show, and a person reads every card before it is sold on any shelf. The mint checks form — a slot filled, a description with its trigger, nine tin lines — not whether the card works; a card with a machine proves that with its own self-test. The mint is not THE HUNDRED: a minted card is unscored until it is weighed. It is an AI reading a text file: it can be wrong, so check what matters against your own records and the source.

What does it need from me?
New --name --role · the anatomy, slotted. It asks first for the card's name and its role in one line; everything else is written into the slots by its maker.
Does it send anything anywhere?
No. The machine is a standard-library Python program that runs on your own computer and sends nothing anywhere; the words run wherever an AI reads Markdown. No server, no account, no key.
What is on the record?
The self-test (14/14) and every command run on real example inputs, pasted into WITNESS.md as they printed; the punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md, so a downloaded copy can be checked against this room.
Can it be wrong?
Yes — it is an AI reading a text file. THE BLOCKS read words and phrases of clear intent; a card can be wrong in ways words do not show, and a person reads every card before it is sold on any shelf.
