THE APP INSIDE the six theme files (the engine, the styles, the snippet, the cart template) with the stand-in and its tests, from its chat (Sep 18 2026); it lands in app/ with seal.py.
THE SEAL UNSCORED · MANIFEST · the punch matches its SKILL.md; scored once witnessed with its app inside
IT CAN BE WRONG an AI reading a text file: it can be wrong; check what matters. THE-CLAUSES.md rides in the packet and is part of the licence.
THE PUNCH · SHA-256 OF SKILL.MD · D41F885A5A5534CEB918DB4B
MANIFEST — the punch on the face is the SHA-256 of the packet’s own door; the card is scored on THE HUNDRED once the studio sees it run with its app inside. What the marks mean →

What it is.
A site-wide cart for a Shopify theme: one request queue, optimistic quantities that roll back in the store's own words, adds never retried blindly, titles and gift dedications escaped and carried as order attributes, an access code carried to checkout, cross-tab sync, a focus trap, the shop's money format, every add-to-cart form taken over in place, and a server-rendered cart page that works with no script at all. Thirty-one browser checks at four widths against a stand-in for the cart API; never yet run on a real store, and it says so. Named for its job; its working name waits on counsel.
The app itself goes inside the packet: the six theme files (the engine, the styles, the snippet, the cart template) with the stand-in and its tests, from its chat (Sep 18 2026). Until it is sealed in, app/README.md says what goes there; seal.py writes it into the manifest without touching the door, so the punch stays true.
Its laws, written into the card.
Read the source before you change it; never generate what the app already has.
Prove every change by running the app; report what you checked and what you did not.
No key, token or password is ever written into the app or this card.
A card instructs an AI you operate; results depend on your model, your files and your judgement.
How it works, once your AI has it.

CARD.md — the whole card · SKILL.md — the door your AI reads first · START-HERE.md — the first five minutes
app/ — the app itself, sealed in with seal.py; app/README.md until then

ON EVERY DOOR · A CARD FOR YOUR AI, A FILE FOR YOUR COMPUTER
In Claude: turn on code execution under Settings › Capabilities, then Customize › Skills › + › Create skill, and upload the zip as it is — START-HERE.md in the box walks you through it, and tells you how to keep the ledger. In ChatGPT, Gemini and the rest: a Project, a GPT or a Gem with the card’s files attached and the short door in the box pasted as its instructions. The words run anywhere an AI reads Markdown; the machines run wherever the host runs Python. Witnessed in Claude only. The host marks →
