Plain words, kept short. These terms govern every purchase and download from lundr.tech. Lund Studio LLC, Westminster, Colorado.
1 · What you buy
A licence to use the files in the package you paid for — the studio file, the card, the skill file, the tin, the ledger — under the term printed on the ticket. Authorship and copyright stay with Lund Studio LLC. No resale, no redistribution, no sublicence; one seat is one person unless the licence names more.
2 · The term
The Card is one purchase. The Year and the Deck are yearly terms that buy editions: when a term ends, nothing you hold stops working — freeze, not loss. Nothing auto-renews. A refund or chargeback ends the licence at that moment and the files must be deleted.
3 · Delivery and refunds
Packages are delivered digitally after checkout — nothing physical is shipped. Full details in the Shipping Policy. Digital files are limited on refund by their nature; broken or undelivered files are refunded promptly and a change of mind after download is not. Full details in the Refund Policy. Where the law of your place gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, that right applies as the law provides; where it lets you waive it by downloading, downloading is that waiver.
4 · Your AI, your files
A skill card instructs an AI you operate. The studio does not run the AI, see your prompts, or hold your files; results depend on the model, the host, your inputs and your judgement. Outputs from any AI can be wrong, out of date, or invented, and models change without notice. Read every plan, number, quote, name, drug, dose, address, formula and instruction before you act on it. Where accuracy matters — health, money, law, safety — verify against a source that is not an AI. The studio has no control over the AI you run, its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Meta or any other), their availability, their outputs, or their policy changes.
5 · No professional advice
Nothing sold here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, mental-health, nutrition, safety or investment advice. Funance produces estimates and worksheets from your entries; it is not a licensed accountant and does not file anything. Confirm with a professional where it matters.
6 · Physical activity, fitness and sport
Some cards on this shelf are about physical activity — running, cycling, swimming, climbing, the rest. Exercise carries risk of injury, worsening of existing conditions, and, in rare cases, sudden cardiac events or death. Anyone starting or increasing physical activity should be cleared by a licensed clinician first, and should stop and be seen if anything hurts, changes, or feels wrong. A card can describe how the sport is done and how it would do it in your place; it does not know you, your heart, your joints, your history, or the ground under you. By using any card of this kind you assume all risk of injury, illness or loss arising from your training, racing or activity, and you release Lund Studio LLC and its contributors from every claim connected to that risk to the fullest extent the law allows.
7 · Scores, marks and claims
The Hundred is the studio’s own opinion on its published scale, with the reasoning printed. WITNESSED means the studio observed a run on the date recorded; it says nothing about the results you will get. Comparisons to other products describe the subscription model as a category, or cite the other company’s own published pricing on the date shown.
8 · As is, and what we are liable for
The files are provided as is, without warranties of any kind — express, implied or statutory — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted use, beyond those the law will not let us exclude. To the fullest extent the law allows, the total aggregate liability of Lund Studio LLC, its owners, employees and contributors, to you for any and all claims, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other theory, is limited to the greater of one hundred United States dollars ($100) or the amount you actually paid for the specific package the claim concerns in the twelve months preceding the claim, and never includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9 · You indemnify us
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lund Studio LLC, its owners, employees and contributors harmless from and against any claim, loss, cost, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of anything sold here; your reliance on any output from an AI you operate; anything you do, decide, publish, take, buy, build, train, race or eat on the strength of what a card or an AI told you; your breach of these terms; or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
10 · Privacy
Short version: the theme sets no cookies of its own, no third-party analytics are installed, we do not sell or share your data, and we collect only what is needed to sell you a file and answer you afterward. When you tick the boxes at the sealed cart, the record of your assent travels with the order and is stored beside it. Full details, your rights, and how to exercise them: the Privacy Policy.
11 · Marks
Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC; ChatGPT and OpenAI of OpenAI; Gemini and Google of Google LLC; Meta and its properties of Meta Platforms, Inc.; xAI and Grok of xAI Corp.; Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and Acrobat of Adobe; Microsoft, Word and PowerPoint of Microsoft; QuickBooks of Intuit. Names appear to describe compatibility or comparison only. Lund Studio is affiliated with none of them, and no endorsement is implied.
12 · The Rule
The Divinity Rule is licensed under a separate instrument and is never included in any card. Sun and Space are named and sealed.
13 · Paying with bitcoin, ether or USDC
This store does not offer them today. If it does, it will be through the studio’s own non-custodial software (VÍÐARR for bitcoin, VÁLI for ether and USDC), which generates an address and records the payment and never holds funds. Crypto payments are irreversible and cannot be charged back; send exactly the amount shown, to the address shown, within the time shown; you pay the network fee; the value of what you send may change after you send it; USDC is a private token, not an insured deposit; paying with crypto may be a taxable event for you. A full disclosure will appear at checkout before any such payment is possible.
14 · Law, jurisdiction and notice
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in or serving Broomfield County, Colorado shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or anything sold here, and each party waives any objection to venue there and any right to a jury trial where permitted. Before filing any claim, you agree to send a written notice describing the claim to the studio at the contact address below and to attempt in good faith to resolve it for at least thirty (30) days. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently waived, to the extent the law allows. Questions and notices: write the studio at the address on every ticket.
