What it is.
A shelf and its register, as a machine. Every file that ships is placed on a shelf with one register line — its name, how it is stored, the SHA-256 of the file itself — and every retrieval starts at that register: pulled by name, unwrapped, hashed, and either PULLED · EXACT or a finding, with nothing written. Scripts ride as .txt and archives as base64 text for stores that take only certain kinds of file; the audit names what is missing, what has changed and what nobody named. It proves a file is the same file. It does not keep a secret, and it is not the archive of record.
