What it is.
The scale the studio scores every skill on — its own included — as an instrument: paste any SKILL.md and twenty deterministic sub-checks run the same for every judge, a person, a script, a model, or a shelf. The reasoning prints with the number; a witnessed mark is earned by a run, never typed.
Working name DÓMR, under clearance. The scale is published so any system reaches the same score from the same manifest; the studio sells the instrument and the spec, never a verdict.
