What it is.
A first-party tally for a store or a site — what was viewed, dialed, claimed, tossed, docked — counted by day and by hour, with no cookies read, no ids sent, nothing that identifies the visitor. The theme’s half is a twelve-line beacon; the worker’s half is one contract: POST /tally with an event, a short label, the hour and the path, answer 204, count the key; GET /tally?days=N behind a secret returns the counts. The card carries a runnable reference server that meets the contract exactly, the beacon snippet, and the contract itself, so a Cloudflare Worker or any host can be built against it and checked.
Nothing identifying is ever stored: no cookie, no id, no address; the only memory is a per-process rate limit on a hash. A label is cut to 24 characters and a path to 40 before it is counted. The report is read only behind a secret. The reference server is a proof of the contract, not a production host — the worker you deploy is yours to build against it.
