What it is.
seal.py turns a score into the seal — the eight-sided ring, the numeral, the band the score earns, the mark you declare — as SVG always and PNG when a browser is on the machine, one per card or a whole sheet. The product image every card was missing.
The band is fixed by the score; the mark is yours to declare and defaults to MANIFEST. It draws seals; it does not score.
