What it is.

The full system for a company to build its own AI, its way. THE SYSTEM is the studio’s whole way of working written down for one licensee: the eight laws every seat inherits, the anatomy of a seat, the interview that derives seats from roles, the three-branch council runtime, memory by ledger, the proof and the seal, the gate before shipping, counting without tracking, every host’s door, governance, and the first ninety days. Beside it, the machines: foundry.py forges a whole house of seats from one brief — every seat on the E1 anatomy, audited on twelve checks, faced with its real punch, cut for every host — with the studio’s own chain aboard, the gate and the tally. The company’s knowledge stays on the company’s machines; nothing phones home.

A licence, not a sale — authorship and ownership never transfer. One seat, one licensee: no resale, no sublicense, no teaching onward. By appointment; counsel on both sides expected.
