What it is.
A build that has not been scored has not been finished — it has merely stopped. This card carries the loop and the gate, and applies both to whatever you are making.
The loop does not make a bad idea good. It makes a build honest. The scorecard is a judgement, not a measurement, and two people running it on the same artifact can score it differently.
