Every product sold here is a file delivered by email, in minutes. Nothing is boxed, nothing is posted, nothing carries a tracking number, nothing arrives by van. There is no shipping fee, no shipping estimate, no zone table, no carrier — because there is no shipping.
1 · How the file arrives
Right after checkout, an email lands in the inbox you used at the register, from Shopify on the studio’s behalf, with a one-per-customer download link. Open the link, save the folder somewhere you can find it (Dropbox, iCloud, a USB stick), hand the folder to your AI. The email subject reads “your file is inside”.
2 · When it does not arrive
It should arrive within a few minutes. If it hasn’t after an hour, check your spam folder — it is almost always there. If it still isn’t, write us at carterluense@gmail.com with your order number and we send a fresh link, usually within the hour.
3 · Wrong email at checkout
Write us. We can resend to the right address once we can verify the order.
4 · Editions
When we cut a new edition of a card you already own within its edition window, it arrives at the same email address, as a replacement file. Save the new one next to the old and retire the old when you have. If you would rather freeze on the edition you now hold, ignore the update emails — the old file keeps working. See section 2 of the Terms of Sale.
5 · Physical goods, later
If Lund Studio ever ships anything physical (some products in development would be), this page becomes a real shipping policy at that time, with rates, zones, carriers and timelines. Today, the store is digital only, worldwide, and free of any shipping charge.
