What it is.
Turns files into AI skills, effectively and efficiently. Any file a company already has — a procedure in Markdown, a plain-text SOP, a spreadsheet of rules, a Python tool, an HTML page, a PDF’s text — goes in; a skill on the open Agent Skills standard comes out, on the E1 anatomy: the trigger, the anti-trigger and the sibling read from the file and fitted to the house’s 200-character law at word edges; the loop from the file’s own numbered steps; the refusals from its own nevers; the source riding in references/ so the skill agrees with the file and never with memory. One command cuts a folder — one skill per file, or all files into one — and every skill is audited on twelve checks, faced with its real punch, and cut for every host’s door, with MILL.md naming each.
Nothing is invented: a trigger the file does not state is written as the file’s own first purpose, and proof stays NONE ON RECORD until a run exists. The skill is as good as the file — a vague file cuts a vague skill, and the mill says so rather than sharpening it. A PDF without a text tool aboard is named MISSING, never guessed.
