What it is.

Seats argue from frameworks, not from moods. “The sceptical one” is not a seat; “the one who argues from unit economics” is. The council does not vote and does not decide — it hands you a sharpened choice.

Every seat is the same model wearing a different framework. That is not a room of people, and the card says so at the top of every sitting. All the lenses can share one blind spot, which is why naming the empty chair is a law and not a courtesy.
