The studio’s complete written corpus — the published pages and the canon behind them — licensed whole, under one countersigned instrument. Its table of contents is itself disclosed only at appointment.

A licence, not a sale — the corpus, its copyrights, and its canon remain the studio’s. One licensee; no resale, no republication, no excerpting for others. By appointment; counsel on both sides expected.

What’s in the buy.

• The complete written corpus, licensed whole — scheduled item by item in the instrument’s own Schedule A at signing
• The countersigned instrument — one document over everything, counsel on both sides
• Delivery arranged by the keeper under the instrument — nothing ships by download or card
• Paid by wire or in bitcoin — bitcoin only, no other coin. The bitcoin invoice is signed by the studio key and fixed for its window; the verifier checks it before you pay, so the address is provably the studio’s. A confirmed payment is final — which is what a licence that ends on refund wants
• The right to hold, read, and apply the corpus in your own work — never to republish, excerpt onward, or teach it as yours
