What it is.
A self-expiring top strip for any site. On Shopify: drop in one snippet, add five settings, include after <body>. On a plain HTML site: paste one script tag once. The bar reads its Take-it-down-after date on every render and hides itself the moment it arrives, in the site's timezone. No cron, no scheduler, no login-on-Monday to take last week's news down. Dismissible per visitor for one session; back on the next visit until the date is past.
A top-of-page bar is a common web pattern; this card sells the self-expiring guard, the drop-in files, and the working discipline — the pattern itself is not fenced.
