What it is.
Shopify refuses any Liquid file over 256 KB and the store falls to a 404 with no warning. split.py finds every template over the line, moves its heaviest chambers into snippets called back with include — which keeps the parent’s variables — and prints the sizes before and after. Found and fixed on this house the night it happened.
It moves markup; it does not rewrite it. Includes carry the parent’s scope, so tickets and lookups keep resolving; the report is the proof.
