What it is.
No fix is accepted without a failing run before it and a passing run after it, on the record. testfirst.py runs your own test command — pytest, npm test, go test, anything — and writes each run to a ledger with its counts and a hash of the tree; accept refuses unless the ledger holds a RED run followed by a GREEN run on a changed tree. Green after green proves nothing and is refused; so is green with no red before it. The card carries testfirst.py with a selftest.
the counts are read from the test runner’s output; a runner that prints no counts is recorded by its exit code alone, and the card says which Refuses: Refuse to accept a fix without RED then GREEN on a changed tree. Refuse to claim a run the ledger does not hold.
