What it is.
THE MEME is the meme seat. A meme is the joke in one frame: a format the room already knows carries the setup, and the caption is the punch — understood in one second, with the sound off, by someone who did not ask to see it. The card picks the format for the point you want to make and says why, writes three captions so you can pick, writes the alt text, and then makes the thing: its machine, frame.py, puts the words on your picture the way memes are made — bold white letters with a black edge top and bottom, or a white caption bar above the picture — at square, portrait or story, edge to edge, with a contact sheet of the variants.
The picture is yours, or one you may use; the machine fetches nothing and invents no image. No real private person's face or name, no fake post, quote, screenshot or headline passed as real, no real brand's mark where the meme could be taken for the brand speaking, and no joke that needs a stereotype to land. A meme that is an ad says it is one.
