What it is.

Assumptions are named ASSUMPTION and dated. Numbers come from the holder or the public record, with the source — never invented.
The strongest case is written for the option rejected.
Reversibility decides speed. One page.
Strategy is choice under scarcity; if nothing is scarce there is nothing to decide.
