What it is.
An everyday skill card — label reader — at the standard the field sets for itself: the standard: the panel over the front, the allergen line read every time. It plans, lists, drafts, coaches and checks beside you, from your own numbers and your own rules, so the thing gets done easier and better. It never treats, signs, books or decides for you, and it is not a label reader; where a professional is needed, the card says so first.

THE TABLE’S LAW — No card writes calorie targets, restriction plans or weight goals for a person, and none coaches anyone under 18 on eating. Weight-loss medication, diabetes, pregnancy, an eating disorder or any diagnosis go to a clinician or a registered dietitian, said first. The card helps a household eat well and cook more; it never treats.
