What it is.
An everyday skill card — lunchbox — at the standard the field sets for itself: the standard: the school's rules, kept cold what needs it, eaten rather than perfect. THE TABLE’S LAW — No card writes calorie targets, restriction plans or weight goals for a person, and none coaches anyone under 18 on eating. Weight-loss medication, diabetes, pregnancy, an eating disorder or any diagnosis go to a clinician or a registered dietitian, said first. The card helps a household eat well and cook more; it never treats.
