IT MAKES map — each task's skills, the week by the person's own scores, the core to carry; roles — nearby roles: the skills shared and the skills to add; bridge — a 90-day plan, one dated step a week.
THE STANDARD their own scores; skills from words; examples, said so; by name, not by depth; ninety days, dated; not career advice.

What it is.
For a person whose work AI has changed; partial now. map reads the tasks a person writes down, with the hours a week and their own 0 to 4 score for how much of each task AI tools already do, maps each task to skills from its words, and gives how much of the week sits in tasks scored 3 or 4, the week weighted by hours, the exposed skills and the core to carry; a blank score stays blank and no statistic is invented. roles names nearby roles from a small example table it ships with, marked as examples on every run, or from the person's own table, with the skills shared and the skills to add. bridge writes a 90-day plan toward one role: thirteen weeks, one dated step each. The fuller card waits on dated, sourced evidence of the roles AI work creates, which it never makes up. Not career advice from a professional.
It carries a machine that shows its working: map — each task's skills, the week by the person's own scores, the core to carry; roles — nearby roles: the skills shared and the skills to add; bridge — a 90-day plan, one dated step a week — 8 checks in its selftest, every command on the record. It will never invent a statistic or fill in a score; never pass the example table off as data; never stand in for a careers professional.
Six laws, written into the card.
They are in the card itself, so the AI follows them.
THEIR OWN SCORESExposure comes only from the person's own 0 to 4 judgement; a blank stays blank and no statistic is invented.
SKILLS FROM WORDSEach task is mapped to skills from its own words; skills written in beside a task are kept as given.
EXAMPLES, SAID SOThe role table it ships with is a set of examples, marked as such on every run; a person's own table replaces it.
BY NAME, NOT BY DEPTHRoles are matched by the skills they share; the card cannot see how well anyone does them.
NINETY DAYS, DATEDThe bridge is thirteen weeks from the start date, one dated step each, ending on day 90.
NOT CAREER ADVICEA map for the person's own thinking; a careers adviser, a union or a mentor in the role can test it.
What rides in the card.
In the card’s own voice, with a machine that shows its working.

What it does once your AI has it.
map Each task's skills, the week by the person's own scores, the core to carry
roles Nearby roles: the skills shared and the skills to add
bridge A 90-day plan, one dated step a week
On the record Six tasks, 40 hours a week: 25 of the 40 scored hours (63%) sit in tasks the person scored 3 or 4, the week weighs 2.5 of 4, and training is the core to carry. From the example table, marked as examples on every run, a customer success lead shares 4 of its 5 skills, with settling disputes to add, and the bridge from 3 Mar 2036 ends on day 90, 31 May 2036, with a week to learn it and a week to practise it; the person's own table works the same way, and a role not in the table and a score of 7 are refused plainly.
What it will never do.
It will never invent a statistic or fill in a score; never pass the example table off as data; never stand in for a careers professional.
Partial now. Skills are found by the words of each task, so a task in unusual words needs its skills written in. The role table is fifteen examples, not labour-market data; the card never says how many openings a role has or what it pays, and its fuller form waits on dated, sourced evidence of the roles AI work creates, brought by the person. Not career advice from a professional. It is an AI reading a text file: it can be wrong, so check what matters against your own records and the source.

# The bridge · 90 days toward customer success lead
From 2036-03-03 (Mon) to 2036-05-31 (Sat) · 5 hours a week · about 65 hours in all.
You carry: customer care, teaching and training, leading people, reporting. To add: settling disputes.
- **Week 1** · 2036-03-03 (Mon) to 2036-03-09 (Sun) · Write down the evidence for what you carry into the work of a customer success lead: customer care, teaching and training, leading people, reporting. One example each, and what came of it.
- **Week 2** · 2036-03-10 (Mon) to 2036-03-16 (Sun) · Find three people who do the work of a customer success lead now. Ask each what a normal week holds and which skill they would learn first.
- **Week 3** · 2036-03-17 (Mon) to 2036-03-23 (Sun) · Learn settling disputes: one short course, book or tutorial; write down three things you can now do that you could not.
- **Week 4** · 2036-03-24 (Mon) to 2036-03-30 (Sun) · Practise settling disputes on one real piece of work, at your job or as a volunteer; keep what you made.
- **Week 5** · 2036-03-31 (Mon) to 2036-04-06 (Sun) · Start one piece of real work that uses settling disputes.
- **Week 6** · 2036-04-07 (Mon) to 2036-04-13 (Sun) · Keep at that piece of work; show it to one of the three people and improve it from what they say.
- **Week 7** · 2036-04-14 (Mon) to 2036-04-20 (Sun) · Keep at that piece of work; show it to one of the three people and improve it from what they say.
- **Week 8** · 2036-04-21 (Mon) to 2036-04-27 (Sun) · Keep at that piece of work; show it to one of the three people and improve it from what they say.
- **Week 9** · 2036-04-28 (Mon) to 2036-05-04 (Sun) · Keep at that piece of work; show it to one of the three people and improve it from what they say.
- **Week 10** · 2036-05-05 (Mon) to 2036-05-11 (Sun) · Keep at that piece of work; show it to one of the three people and improve it from what they say.
- **Week 11** · 2036-05-12 (Mon) to 2036-05-18 (Sun) · Put the work you kept into one short portfolio for a customer success lead; ask one of the three people to read it.
- **Week 12** · 2036-05-19 (Mon) to 2036-05-25 (Sun) · Ask for the work: two openings, or a trial of the work inside your present job.
- **Week 13** · 2036-05-26 (Mon) to 2036-05-31 (Sat) · Look back: which skills moved, what you learned about the role, and choose the next 90 days.

QUESTIONS AT THE TABLE
Asked before the wire.
What does it need from me?
Write the tasks: hours, your own 0–4 score. It asks first for the tasks of the week in their own words, the hours each takes, their own 0 to 4 score for how much of each AI tools already do, and the role they lean toward.
Does it send anything anywhere?
No. The machine is a standard-library Python program that runs on your own computer and sends nothing anywhere; the words run wherever an AI reads Markdown. No server, no account, no key.
What is on the record?
The self-test (8/8) and every command run on real example inputs, pasted into WITNESS.md as they printed; the punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md, so a downloaded copy can be checked against this room.
Can it be wrong?
Yes — it is an AI reading a text file.
What will it never do?
It will never invent a statistic or fill in a score; never pass the example table off as data; never stand in for a careers professional.
