What it is.
Tests every line of a site's rigging: scan reads every page of a site or a Shopify theme folder (.html, .liquid, .md) and follows each link inside it — to a file, a folder, a Shopify view or page route, an anchor — and names every loose one by file and line with the reason; in a theme it knows a page is built from many files, so an anchor may sit in the layout, and a link built by Liquid or by script is skipped; routes lists every route the folder serves; external lists the outside hosts the pages point to, with counts, without visiting any of them.
It carries a machine that shows its working: scan — TIGHT, or every LOOSE line with its reason; routes — every route the folder serves; external — the outside hosts linked, with counts — 8 checks in its selftest, every command on the record. It will never fetch an outside page to check it; never call a link built by script loose; never ship a theme with a loose line.

What does it need from me?
Scan <folder> · every link followed. It asks first for the site or theme folder.
Does it send anything anywhere?
No. The machine is a standard-library Python program that runs on your own computer and sends nothing anywhere; the words run wherever an AI reads Markdown. No server, no account, no key.
What is on the record?
The self-test (8/8) and every command run on real example inputs, pasted into WITNESS.md as they printed; the punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md, so a downloaded copy can be checked against this room.
