What it is.
An affiliate commerce product on a tap-coin model, in its Lofts release, held to a standard affiliate structure rather than a perpetual royalty. The record is short and the card says so: what it is, which model it keeps to, and that the app itself rides in app/ once sealed in.
The app itself goes inside the packet: the app at its Lofts release, from its chats (2026). Until it is sealed in, app/README.md says what goes there; seal.py writes it into the manifest without touching the door, so the punch stays true.
