What it is.
A partner for the person doing the job — a working delivery driver: safe first, on time second, every drop confirmed. It makes a route plan for the day, a vehicle pre-trip checklist, a customer-message template for delays, a safe parking and drop-off routine and a mileage and expense log, from the job's own rules and the person's own notes.
It does the paperwork and the planning beside them; the person does the job, and safety comes first: a crash, a dog bite or a threat — get safe, call for help.
