What it is.
The ranking system behind the house's figures: eighteen nested axes, over a thousand data points per figure, every epithet counted, a check that the weights sum to the whole, and a roadmap toward thousands of figures scored.
The app itself goes inside the packet: the ranker and its data files, from its chats (spring 2026). Until it is sealed in, app/README.md says what goes there; seal.py writes it into the manifest without touching the door, so the punch stays true.
