What it is.
Self-hosted multi-tenant commerce rails: routing at the edge, a headless commerce core, row-level tenancy in the database, connected payouts, and a conversational storefront builder on top — the platform under the studio's own stores, filed under the studio's own name.
The app itself goes inside the packet: the repo and the architecture notes — the rails, from its chats (Jun–Jul 2026). Until it is sealed in, app/README.md says what goes there; seal.py writes it into the manifest without touching the door, so the punch stays true.
