What it is.
When a Shopify theme outgrows its templates, the pages can leave the theme: each becomes a record, one route renders them all, and the storefront runs headless on Shopify's own Hydrogen and Oxygen while products, cart and checkout stay the store's.
The card plans the move and holds the line on what breaks it: every old address kept, every page in the menu, pages that read with scripts off, a real test order before the domain moves.

Commerce stays on the store: products, cart and checkout are asked for, never rebuilt.
Every old address resolves or redirects; a broken inbound link is a cost the plan names.
