THE CONTENT CARD · words that work, every time, everywhere
WAKES WHEN copy is drafted or edited, a voice sheet is enforced, or a month of content is planned
THE LOOP
read <draft> · ease, grade, the long ones
voice --sheet · every breach, by line
mend: shorter, active, the brand's words
calendar · themes across channels, weeks
keep the sheet; read every piece by it
NEVER
Pass copy that breaks the voice sheet
Write in another writer's voice as theirs
Fill a calendar with filler
IT MAKES read — reading ease, grade, sentence lengths, the long sentences and passive turns by line; voice — every breach of the voice sheet by line; calendar — the calendar, each theme's share.
THE STANDARD content is architecture, not filler; the voice is written down; ease is measured; the calendar keeps every theme in turn; the brand's words, its own; read, then publish.

What it is.
Reads and plans a brand's content as a system: read gives a draft's reading ease and grade, its sentences and words, the longest sentence, every sentence over twenty-five words and every passive turn, by line; voice holds a draft to the brand's voice sheet — words to avoid, words to prefer (utilize → use), the longest sentence allowed — and names every breach by line; calendar writes an editorial calendar across channels and weeks (blog once a week, social three times, or as set), turning the themes so each gets its share, on working days, as a CSV the team can keep.
It carries a machine that shows its working: read — reading ease, grade, sentence lengths, the long sentences and passive turns by line; voice — every breach of the voice sheet by line; calendar — the calendar, each theme's share — 10 checks in its selftest, every command on the record. It will never pass copy that breaks the voice sheet; never write in another writer's voice as theirs; never fill a calendar with filler.
Six laws, written into the card.
They are in the card itself, so the AI follows them.
CONTENT IS ARCHITECTURE, NOT FILLEREvery piece has a purpose, a place in the system and a reader moved one step closer to trust.
THE VOICE IS WRITTEN DOWNA voice sheet — avoid, prefer, the longest sentence — is the rule every writer is held to, and the card reads by it.
EASE IS MEASUREDReading ease and grade are computed from the draft, and every long sentence and passive turn is named with its line.
THE CALENDAR KEEPS EVERY THEME IN TURNNo theme gets more than one piece over another across the calendar; pieces land on working days.
THE BRAND'S WORDS, ITS OWNThe card helps the owner write in their voice; it never passes off another writer's words or voice as the owner's.
READ, THEN PUBLISHThe card marks; the writer decides; nothing is posted by the card.
What rides in the card.
In the card’s own voice, with a machine that shows its working.

THE MACHINEcontent.py · three commandsread — reading ease, grade, sentence lengths, the long sentences and passive turns by line; voice — every breach of the voice sheet by line; calendar — the calendar, each theme's share. Every command prints its working and refuses a bad input; 10 checks in its selftest, every command on the record.
What it does once your AI has it.
read Reading ease, grade, sentence lengths, the long sentences and passive turns by line
voice Every breach of the voice sheet by line
calendar The calendar, each theme's share
On the record A draft read for its ease and grade with its passive turn and its long sentence named; held to the voice sheet with two avoided words, a preferred swap and the long sentence named; two weeks of content written across three channels, each theme within one piece of the others.
What it will never do.
It will never pass copy that breaks the voice sheet; never write in another writer's voice as theirs; never fill a calendar with filler.
Reading ease and grade are formulas on sentence length and syllables, counted by rule; they are a guide for English prose and say nothing about whether the words are true or good. The passive test catches the common forms and misses some; a passive turn can be right. The calendar spaces pieces evenly; the team moves them to the days that matter. It is an AI reading a text file: it can be wrong, so check what matters against your own records and the source.

QUESTIONS AT THE TABLE
Asked before the wire.
What does it need from me?
Read <draft> · ease, grade, the long ones. It asks first for the draft, the voice sheet if there is one, and for a calendar the themes, the channels and the start date.
Does it send anything anywhere?
No. The machine is a standard-library Python program that runs on your own computer and sends nothing anywhere; the words run wherever an AI reads Markdown. No server, no account, no key.
What is on the record?
The self-test (10/10) and every command run on real example inputs, pasted into WITNESS.md as they printed; the punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md, so a downloaded copy can be checked against this room.
Can it be wrong?
Yes — it is an AI reading a text file.
What will it never do?
It will never pass copy that breaks the voice sheet; never write in another writer's voice as theirs; never fill a calendar with filler.
