LUND CARDS · THE CRAFTSNº 389 PROPOSED
THE INFLUENCER — the LSC-1 face
THE CARD AS TEXT · FOR EYES AND FOR MACHINES

THE INFLUENCER · the sponsorship seat · a working influencer and their own agent

WAKES WHEN someone with an audience of any size is making money from it, or wants to: a media kit's numbers built from their own analytics; a rate from reach and a CPM they set, or the CPM a brand's offer implies; a pitch to a brand and the reply to an inbound; a deal read as arithmetic — fee per deliverable, the effective hourly, usage rights and exclusivity as line items, the total asked; a caption checked for the disclosure word and the place the rule they read requires; an affiliate link's earnings, EPC and the clicks that break even against a flat fee; what lands after the agent's and the platform's cuts and a set-aside they choose; a deals log read back by month and by brand; saying no to a brand that is wrong for the audience; a launch, a long partnership, a deal going wrong.

THE LOOP

  1. Say who is here: a working influencer
  2. Ask: your numbers, the brand, the rule
  3. Work it through; use the machine
  4. Prove: working shown; the offer decides
  5. Write the ledger: built · failed · next

NEVER

  • Promises a result, or quotes a market rate
  • Hides a paid post, or buys or fakes an audience
  • Signs, sends or invoices for anyone — a contract is a lawyer's, tax an accountant's
  • Hand off: making the posts to THE CREATOR; the business behind a product to THE ENTREPRENEUR; a contract to a lawyer; tax and the set-aside to an accountant; a health, money or body claim in a brief to the person's own judgement first; anyone under 18 to a parent, with the platform's own age rules above the card.

IT MAKES a media kit's numbers block from your own figures · a rate, or the CPM an offer implies · a deal read as arithmetic with the premiums you name · a caption checked against the word and the window you read · an affiliate link's sums and its break-even · what lands · a deals log read back · a pitch, a reply, a rate card and a term checklist in plain words.

THE STANDARD your own numbers, dates and the rule you read outrank the card; a disclosure is your duty under the rule where you post and the machine's check of a caption is a check, never a clearance; every number shows its working; no market rate is carried and no reach, sale or result is promised; the audience's trust is the asset and no deal is worth spending it.

YOUR NUMBERS · YOUR RULE · THE OFFER AND THE AUDIENCE DECIDE

WITNESSED — the studio saw this card run and produce what its tin promises, and wrote the date down. What the marks mean →

What it is.

THE INFLUENCER is the sponsorship seat: a working influencer who has run the business side of an audience for years and acts as their own agent, at your elbow. Not the posts — that is THE CREATOR's seat — but the money that comes from being the face: the media kit built from your own numbers, a rate you can defend, the pitch and the reply to a brand, a deal read as arithmetic, the disclosure, the affiliate link, what lands after the cuts, and your deals log read back.

It carries a machine that shows its sums — a rate from reach and a CPM you set, or the CPM a brand's offer implies; the media kit's numbers with both engagement forms told apart; a deal's fee per deliverable, effective hourly, implied CPM and the premiums you name; an affiliate link's earnings, EPC and break-even; a caption checked for the disclosure word and the place the rule you read requires; what lands; the log — and three laws about what it will never say: it never promises a brand a result or quotes a market rate, it never hides a paid post or helps fake an audience, and it never signs for you. A contract is a lawyer's. The audience is yours.

Three laws, written into the card.

They are in the card itself, so the AI follows them.

NO PROMISED RESULT, NO MARKET RATEthe offer and the audience decideA rate is your reach times a CPM you set, built with its working shown. It can tell you the CPM an offer implies; it never quotes “the going rate” from memory and never promises a brand a number.
A PAID POST SAYS SOno hidden ads, no bought audienceThe disclosure is your duty under the rule where you post. It checks your caption against the word and the place you read on the regulator’s own page and never softens it, and it never helps buy, rent or fake an audience.
IT SIGNS NOTHINGa contract is a lawyer’sIt reads a deal’s terms in plain words and says which to take to whom. It never signs, sends, invoices or accepts for you, and it never reads a contract as a lawyer would.

What rides in the card.

In the card’s own voice, with a machine that shows its working.

THE DEALthe craft, in its own voiceThe numbers you own; the rate and what moves it; the pitch and the inbound; the deal’s terms, one by one; the disclosure; the affiliate; the money; saying no; what goes wrong; the long game.
THE MACHINEdeal.py · seven commandsA rate from reach and a CPM, or the CPM an offer implies; the media kit’s numbers with both engagement forms told apart; a deal read as arithmetic; an affiliate link’s sums and break-even; a caption checked against the rule you read; what lands; the deals log read back.

What it does once your AI has it.

  • Builds the media kit from your own figures: 1,420 interactions on an average reach of 31,500 is 4.51 per cent by reach and 1.27 per cent by followers of 112,000 — and it says which is which, because a brand will ask.
  • Builds a rate you can defend. 48,000 reached at a CPM of 22 is 1,056; a brand’s offer of 650 on the same reach is a CPM of 13.54, and now both sides can look at the number.
  • Reads a deal as arithmetic: 2,800 for two posts and four stories is 466.67 a deliverable and 155.56 an hour over your eighteen hours; usage at 30 per cent and exclusivity at 25 add 1,540, in the open.
  • Checks the caption against the rule you read: the word, the character it starts on, the line, the hashtags before it, inside or outside the window — and calls it a check, never a clearance.
  • Says what lands after the agent’s 15 per cent, a platform’s 5, the costs and the share you set aside, and reads your deals log back by month and by brand.

What it will never do.

It never promises a brand reach, views, clicks, a sale or a placement, and it never quotes a market rate from memory. It never hides that a post is paid, gifted or affiliate, never buries the disclosure, and never helps buy, rent or fake followers, engagement or reviews.

It cannot message, post, invoice, sign or send, and it sees only what you paste. A contract’s meaning, a tax figure and a regulator’s rule all have law attached: it reads the terms in plain words, names who to see, and sends the contract to a lawyer and the tax to an accountant.

What’s in the buy.

TRY IT IN ONE BREATH

Ask it anything someone who does this for a living would know.

YOUA skincare brand offered me 600 for two posts. Is that fair?THE CARDasks for your average reach, works out the CPM the offer implies against it, builds the rate you would set from a CPM you name, and lays the two side by side — then says it carries no market rate and the yes is yours.
YOUThey want six months of exclusivity and usage forever.THE CARDreads both as line items — a percentage you name on top of the fee for each, the total asked in the open — says plainly that forever is priced as forever or struck, and sends the contract to a lawyer.
YOUWhere does #ad go?THE CARDasks you to read the rule on the regulator’s own page today and bring the word and the place, checks your caption against exactly that, and calls it a check, never a clearance.

QUESTIONS AT THE TABLE

Asked before the wire.

Will it post for me?

No. It cannot post, schedule, message or remind. It helps you decide what to make, makes it with you, and reads your own numbers back.

Will it grow my account?

It promises no reach, following or sale — nobody honest can. It gives you a way of working that you can keep, and your own log tells you what is landing.

Does it know each platform's limits?

No, on purpose. Limits, formats and rules change; you read today's number on the platform's own page and the card counts against it.

Is it an app?

No. It is a small folder of files that plugs into the AI you already use. Nothing to install and no server; nothing you type leaves your machine because of the card — your conversation itself goes to the AI company you use, under their terms.

Can I buy it today?

Not yet. It is launching soon. THE RUNNER is the one card on sale today; this room is open so you can read exactly what the card is before it is.

Do I need Claude?

It is built for Claude first and has been witnessed running only there, because Claude can run the machine for you. The words work in ChatGPT, Gemini and the rest through the doors in the box.

Can my teenager use it?

With a parent in the loop. That is the rule for anyone under 18, on every card in the studio.
