LUNDR’S MIND · FOR SALE · $500,000 + A LIFETIME ROYALTY
LUNDR’S MIND.
The keeper that never loses a file.
The studio’s own mind: everything your project makes — every file, every decision, every open question — carried from one working session to the next, exactly. It is for sale, like ANSUZ: $500,000 and a lifetime royalty, by written agreement — never a cart. Or hire it, with the studio that runs it.
ON OCT 5 2026 · ITS 51ST EDITION · 176 FILES, EVERY ONE PROVED BYTE FOR BYTE
What it does
Each file is fingerprinted and proved byte for byte at every session. If one ever changed, the mind names it.
What was decided and what is still open are read first, so a session begins from the last one, never from the beginning.
The newest version of a file wins; every earlier one stays on the record by its fingerprint. Nothing is overwritten in silence.
Say forget, and the file leaves the mind. Ask for no trace, and even its name goes.
Passwords, tokens, private keys and card numbers are refused by the machine itself.
It remembers what is put in it, exactly — not what was only said. Large files are carried whole and opened when the work needs them.
Ask it what was decided, what is open or where a file is: every line it gives comes with its source, and past what it holds it says so instead of guessing.
Ask it
It thinks from its own record and nothing else. Two questions asked of it on Oct 5 2026, answered word for word:
What is the current build?
The current build is 12.357.31 · THE WHOLE ROLL.

What is the capital of France?
Not in the mind. Searched 1,101 passages for “what is the capital of france?”; nothing answers it. Carry the record in, and the brain will know it.

It remembers for ANSUZ too
Since version seven, ANSUZ — the studio’s humanoid body — asks this mind what it knows and answers with the source. A rule written into the mind can only make the body more careful, never less. ANSUZ →
For sale
$500,000 + a lifetime royalty
By written agreement, like ANSUZ: no cart, no checkout. The royalty’s rate and its terms are set in the agreement.
What changes hands: the mind itself — its machine and its brain, the method behind them, every test, and the right to run it — set up empty, for your own records.
What never changes hands: the studio’s own records and any client’s. The mind is sold empty of them.
- A first conversation: who you are and what you would keep in it.
- A look before you buy, under confidentiality.
- A written agreement: the price, the royalty, and exactly what changes hands.
- Payment, then the handover of the mind, whole, with its tests run in front of you.
Or hire it instead
Hire the studio to run LUNDR’S MIND on your work, by engagement.
- A first conversation: what you are building, and what has been lost between sessions before.
- A written engagement: scope, fee, confidentiality and where your files are kept — on paper before the first file moves.
- The studio runs LUNDR’S MIND on your work. Every session opens from it and closes into it.
- At the end your files are yours, handed back whole with the register of everything made and decided.
Hiring is not buying. On an engagement the studio runs LUNDR’S MIND for you; the mind itself changes hands only in the sale.
The sale: $500,000 and a lifetime royalty, by written agreement. An engagement: consulting fees, quoted after the first conversation.
What it will never do
- Be sold with the studio’s records or any client’s inside it
- Hold a password, a token, a private key or a card number
- Invent an answer it does not hold
- Overwrite a file in silence
- Forget anything without your word
