What it is.
Works out the law of 1785 for the force between charges, with k = 1/(4πε₀): force gives the push or pull between two charges at a distance and the weight it equals; field gives the electric field of a charge at a distance beside the field that makes dry air spark; hydrogen gives the pull holding hydrogen's electron in its ground orbit, the bond's energy and the electron's speed; compare sets the electric force between two particles against their gravity, 10³⁹ times stronger for an electron and a proton.
It carries a machine that shows its working: force — the force and its direction; field — the field, against a spark; hydrogen — hydrogen's bond; compare — electric against gravity — 8 checks in its selftest, every command on the record. It will never give a force at zero distance; never drop the sign that says push or pull; never treat a coulomb as a small charge. What does it need from me?
Force <q1> <q2> <r> · push or pull. It asks first for the two charges with a unit (C, µC, nC or e) and the distance; or a charge and a distance; or two particles.
Does it send anything anywhere?
No. The machine is a standard-library Python program that runs on your own computer and sends nothing anywhere; the words run wherever an AI reads Markdown. No server, no account, no key.
What is on the record?
The self-test (8/8) and every command run on real example inputs, pasted into WITNESS.md as they printed; the punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md, so a downloaded copy can be checked against this room.
