What it is.
Works out matter meeting antimatter, predicted by the relativistic equation of the electron in 1928 and found in 1932: annihilate gives the two photons a particle and its antiparticle make at rest, including the back-to-back 511 keV pair a PET scanner detects; energy gives the energy in any mass by E = mc², in joules, kilowatt-hours and years of a household's electricity; pair gives the least photon energy that can make a particle and its antiparticle; rest lists rest energies.
It carries a machine that shows its working: annihilate — the light it makes; energy — E = mc²; pair — the least light that makes a pair; rest — the rest energies — 8 checks in its selftest, every command on the record. It will never suggest antimatter as a fuel or a weapon; never give medical advice on a scan; never skip the nucleus a pair needs. It never helps design, make, grow, enhance or spread a pathogen or toxin, or plan work meant to harm.
