What it is.
The kit for fine-tuning an open-weights model so a voice lives in weights you own: THE RUN (the runbook, step by step), THE BENCH (a one-file bench for curating the training pairs) and THE RECORD. No training run has happened yet; the kit is the method and the bench, and the first run is the first ledger line.
The app itself goes inside the packet: the kit: THE-RUN.md, THE-BENCH.html, LUNDR-1-RECORD.md, from its chat (Sep 18 2026). Until it is sealed in, app/README.md says what goes there; seal.py writes it into the manifest without touching the door, so the punch stays true.
