What it is.

Use when connecting someone to local partners (shops, fitters, instructors) who have agreed to take referrals, and logging each referral. Not a directory of anyone who has not consented.

It carries a machine that shows its working: match — partners whose services match the need words and whose consent is current; the rest counted as withheld; refer — appends one referral; refuses a partner without current consent on that date; consent-due — consents expiring within --within days (default 30), already expired, or missing; report — referrals per partner per month; export — partners with their consent status and all referrals as one JSON document — 12 checks in its selftest. It never lists a partner without consent; never ranks partners by payment; never shares details beyond the referral.

The method.

Record each partner: services, area, the date they agreed, what they agreed to, and when it expires.
Match a need to partners whose services fit and whose consent covers referrals and is current. Others are withheld and the count is printed.
Log each referral: date, need, partner and who made it. A partner without current consent is refused.
Warn of consents that expire soon, and report referrals per partner per month.

No. The machine is a standard-library Python program that runs on your own computer and sends nothing anywhere; the words run wherever an AI reads Markdown. No server, no account, no key.

What is on the record?

The machine's selftest (12/12), run from inside the packet in Claude on 2026-10-13 on fictional fixtures and pasted into SELFTEST.md as printed; the twelve-check audit (AUDIT.md). Owed, and said so in WITNESS.md: The 8 test prompts asked in fresh chats with the card installed. Until they are run and scored, the tests are owed. Any run on real data. Every demo file is fictional. The punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md, so a downloaded copy can be checked against this room.
