THE HOUSE · THE CHANGELOG · 117 BUILDS ON RECORD

Every build, on the record.

What moved at every build of the theme, in the words it was recorded in; the register of every card is one page over.

Every build of the theme since the register began, newest first, in the words the build was recorded in. The register itself — every card with its number, edition and punch — is one page over. A build number is the theme's own (Theme settings › BUILD); the file names never change.

12.357.66 · THE SPLIT, WITH THE COMPRESSOR CARD

2026-10-10

2026-10-10, on his word ('all'; and 'did we get the headless platform like theres no shopify cap into an ai skill card and up on the lundr.tech theme too?'), from 12.357.65 (THE STANDARD). THE SPLIT: the products menu kept under the store's 256 KB line for good. snippets/mega.liquid keeps the head and the scripts (18,922 bytes); the houses live in mega-houses-1.liquid (157,942 bytes) and mega-houses-2.liquid (60,622 bytes), rendered in order where they stood; read whole, the menu is byte for byte what it was. Every cutter reads and writes it through megasplit.py now (kit/tools: load, save, check), so none has to know how many parts there are; the twin keeps its one template. THE COMPRESSOR CARD (compressor-card, Nº 960, THE INSTRUMENTS · THE SHIPYARD): the under-the-cap half of the no-cap work as a card — the headless half is THE HYDROGEN CARD (Nº 771). Its machine nocap.py measures every Liquid file against the cap and the theme against the 50 MB zip line, reads every file the store's way before a zip, stores a room that stands twice once, shares one head and one foot between rooms of a shape, and splits a snippet that outgrew the line into parts at a boundary a browser cannot see — every move read back byte for byte or refused; selftest 13/13, every command on the record; 98 LEGENDARY WITNESSED (Trigger 5 · Machinery 5 · Law 5 · Portability 5 · Proof 5). Its room with the spec sheet, both faces and its record, a door in THE SHIPYARD (THE INSTRUMENTS 143), a shelf row, the floor and the seek; in the twin, its view, its door and its row. THE PACKET WATCH read it: NAMED (the MCP door starts the card's own script; the selftest removes its own scratch folder). Beside the four files: LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-724.zip, products-12.357.66-THE-COMPRESSOR-CARD-DRAFT.csv and SL-2026-10-COMPRESSOR-008 for Rich. LAUNCHING SOON, unpriced.

2026-10-10, on his word ('we need to implement some more professional and astute vibes to make the professional people want to use it too'), from 12.357.64 (THE FOURTEEN). Three moves, in the house's own register, nothing invented about any card. THE SPEC SHEET: a dated, factual sheet at the head of every card room (797 rooms, theme and twin) — the seal with its five criteria, the edition and the witness date where the room states them, the machine with its command count and self-test, where it runs, the doors, the licence, the punch with the check — read from each room's own record; a row the record cannot fill is left out, never invented. THE STANDARD (/?view=the-standard): one page stating what every card meets — the anatomy, the seal, proof on the record, where it runs, the hosts, licence and editions, the security posture, what the studio never does, a ten-minute evaluation, teams and procurement, the sheet in one table. FOR PROFESSIONALS: a restrained section on the deck before THE HUNDRED — six facts, three doors; THE STANDARD a door in THE HOUSE and a line in every footer. Gated in Chromium in both schemes on a machine room, a words-only room, the deck and the page, and on the phone. No card moved; the till is as at 12.357.58.

2026-10-10 on his word ('we need to get all of these on the lundr.tech theme': the session archive of 9–10 October 2026, 5,838 files in two parts, and its envelopes THIRTEEN-NEW-CARDS, ALL-BUT-THREE, SEAT-THE-OBSERVATORY-CARD and RECUT-AND-RESEAT), from 12.357.63 (THE CONSTELLATION). The cards chat's packets seated. Twelve new rooms, Nº 948–959: THE OBSERVATORY CARD, THE PACKET SCAN CARD, THE MARS LEDGER CARD, THE LASER CARD, THE TUTOR CARD, THE COMPUTE CARD, THE EXPERIMENT CARD, THE CARBON CARD, THE DATASET CARD, THE PRODUCTION LINE CARD, THE LINK BUDGET CARD, THE AI RISK REGISTER CARD — a new wing of THE INSTRUMENTS, THE FRONTIER (THE OBSERVATORY CARD, THE MARS LEDGER CARD, THE LASER CARD, THE LINK BUDGET CARD); THE APPLIED-AI WING grown by five; THE CARBON CARD and THE PRODUCTION LINE CARD in THE INSTRUMENTS' first column; THE TUTOR CARD in EVERYDAY LIFE's study, as its face says. Three rooms re-cut in place with the cards chat's packets, whose names and handles the house already held: Nº 82 THE ACCESSIBILITY CARD (the seat record's 4B94BD63… retired), Nº 67 THE UNITS CARD (173BA21D… retired) and Nº 829 THE TRIGGER TEST CARD (the 12.357.44 cut, 6EAAB6AC…, retired — the cards chat's is the card that ran the trigger test on 474 + 252 + 216 real runs). Every packet was read for its cutter's anatomy (foreign.py: the tin as nine labelled lines, CARD.md §0–§9 with its LIMIT line, the doors as HOSTS.md and the two system prompts, the commands from the machine's own --help) and scored by THE HUNDRED from its own evidence — the self-test run here, the commands counted against the witnessed record: nine at 98 and six at 96 (a command or two not on the record, or a one-command machine), every one LEGENDARY WITNESSED, the seal printed criterion by criterion on the room, the shelf row and the door. Three pages: WRITING THE LINE (/?view=writing-the-line, the free guide, a door in START HERE · FREE), THE FIELD REPORT (/?view=field-report; the one paper it cites is named by its title and number, no author's name, by the house law) and CARD FEEDBACK (/?view=card-feedback, Shopify's own contact form as the buyer's line back; sections/card-feedback.liquid, templates/page.card-feedback.json and snippets/card-feedback-link.liquid ride in the theme for a store page too). At the foot of every card room — in the fourteen shared feet, so one line — DID YOUR AI USE THIS CARD? TELL THE STUDIO IN A MINUTE, carrying the card's name. HOUSE RULES is held unpublished until its three [CARTER: …] lines are his. The menu's readouts, spectrographs and slivers re-read for the two houses; the twin carries every view, door and row. Beside the four files: LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-723.zip (the fifteen packets, the three retired ones kept apart), LUNDR-MEDIA-FOR-SHOPIFY-FILES-15.zip (og-<card>.jpg for the fifteen rooms, for Content › Files), products-12.357.64-THE-FOURTEEN-DRAFT.csv (fifteen Draft rows at 0.00) and SL-2026-10-FOURTEEN-007 for Rich. 2026-10-10, on his word ('keep going on how we can make this better. nobody will ever be able to match this'), from 12.357.62 (THE SPECTROGRAPH). Five moves, all gentle. The house list is a bank of spectra: under every house's name in the list a two-pixel sliver of its own spectrograph shows when the house is open, hovered or focused, so the closed list reads as the instrument's rack. The readout re-reads: rest on a door — or tab to it — and the house's count line under the spectrum becomes that card's own line (Nº, seal, WITNESSED), and reads the house again when you leave; every door carries its card number now (data-n), 618 of them. The find's results are dressed: each result takes its card's role in italics under the name and its seal in a small badge after it, from its own door, as the results appear. The open house breathes: its name's glow rises and falls over 4.2 seconds, the slowest of cycles. And every card room's face sits in its own sky: a faint field of stars and two nebulae in the room's own colour behind the face, masked to the centre, white stars in the dark schemes, ink-coloured in the light. Gated in Chromium in both schemes: the slivers on 25 houses, the open sliver at .95, the breath on the open name, the readout re-reading 'Nº 915 · 98 LEGENDARY · WITNESSED' and restored on leave, the find dressed with role and seal, the room sky behind THE ROBOTAXI's face. The theme and the twin both. No card moved; the upload zip and the till are as at 12.357.58.

2026-10-10, on his word ('nice, this bar is too generic'), from 12.357.61 (THE NINE WORLDS). The spectrum under every house's name is an instrument reading now, not a stripe: the bands blend into one another like light through a prism; a white emission line stands at every boundary between wings; a grating of one fine tick per door runs the length of the band, so the bar is also a count; each band is as bright as its wing's seals (LEGENDARY brightest, EPIC dimmer, UNSCORED dimmest); glass lies over it and a bloom of its own colours under it; the wings and their counts ride on it as a title; and when you rest on a wing — or tab into it — its band lights, and rests when you leave. Twenty-five houses, in the theme and the twin. Gated in Chromium in both schemes on AI FOR AUTONOMY, THE FACULTIES and THE INSTRUMENTS: the bands, the lines, the grating, the lit band on hover and its rest. No card moved; the upload zip and the till are as at 12.357.58.

2026-10-10, on his word ('push the design to the extremes. like cosmic vibes and out of this world' · 'keep implementing ai visual and feeling components'), from 12.357.60 (THE LIGHT IN FRONT). The open house of the menu is a sky of its own: a star field in three depths, nebulae in the house's own first three wing colours, the cosmos deck's orbit rings faint in the corner; the sky shifts with the pointer — the stars one way, the nebulae the other, so the panel has depth — gently, never a flash, and not at all under reduced motion. Under the house's name: THE SPECTRUM (the house read as light: one band per wing in the wing's own colour, as wide as its share of the doors), THE READOUT (doors, wings, LEGENDARY, EPIC, UNSCORED, WITNESSED, counted from the doors at cut) and THE WHISPER (rest on a card and the panel says in one quiet line what the card is — its role rides on every door as data-r — and falls silent when you leave). The live find's results materialise, each rising in a breath apart. Light scheme: white paper, violet specks, pastel nebulae — the names stay black on white; dark: white stars on the deep purple; still: warm gold. Twenty-five houses given a sky, 947 doors given their role; the menu snippet is 198 KB (the limit is 256). Gated in Chromium in the light and dark schemes: seven sky layers on the panel, the spectrum, the readout (28 DOORS · 6 WINGS · LEGENDARY 28 · WITNESSED 28; THE FACULTIES: 92 DOORS · 10 WINGS · EPIC 82 · UNSCORED 10), the parallax variables set by the pointer, the whisper on and off, the find's results animating, the phone at 390 with no sideways scroll and the readout hidden. 2026-10-10, on his word ('the light is in the back'), from 12.357.59 (GUNGNIR). The beam now rides in front of the name, not behind it: it fires first, ahead of the name and over its letters, and the name follows the light into the room 140 ms later; the room opens at 540 ms. The power-up and the charge are as at 12.357.57; a modifier key, a middle click or reduced motion opens the room at once; under reduced motion nothing moves. Gated in Chromium at 120, 260 and 400 ms, the landing and the cleaning; the same on the twin. No card moved; the upload zip and the till are as at 12.357.58.

2026-10-10, on his word ('looks a little off there, have you seen star wars and beams of light in nasa's work'), from 12.357.58 (THE WELCOME TEAM). The flight of 12.357.57 re-cut as the spear that never misses: a card chosen fires straight along its own row toward the room — the tick flares white, a thin white-cored beam with a soft coloured bloom lances out behind the name (brightest at the source, fading with distance, straight as a rule, as long as the row), the name rides the beam and is gone, and the room opens at 540 ms. Nothing crosses another line; the diagonal trail of 12.357.57 is gone. The power-up and the charge are as at 12.357.57; a modifier key, a middle click or reduced motion opens the room at once; under reduced motion nothing moves. Gated in Chromium: the beam at 120, 260 and 400 ms along the row, the room reached and the menu closed at 540 ms, every trace gone by 1.5 s; the same on the twin. 2026-10-09

2026-10-09, on his word ('we need a complete onboarding team that is included with each package that is an ai support team to help the users get started with their ai card or packages'), from 12.357.57 (THE VALKYRIES). Five free cards, Nº 943–947, every one 98 LEGENDARY WITNESSED, seated as a wing of THE STUDIO'S OWN beside the intro card: THE GREETER (greeter.py: read · say · never · team — what you have, in plain words, first), THE INSTALLER (installer.py: hosts · place · check — the card put where your AI reads it, read back READY), THE FIRST RUN (firstrun.py: go · try · ledger — the self-test here, the first command as printed, the first line in your ledger), THE INTERPRETER (interpreter.py: word · words · plain · say — every house word in one plain sentence, the card made plain, what to say to it; named so because THE TRANSLATOR is a profession card of THE FACULTIES), THE MENDER (mender.py: read · check · report — the error read, the packet checked against its own manifest and punch, the note for the studio). Cards like every other — a door, a machine (standard library, offline), the laws, the witnessed run, the seal — and free: cardkit now cuts a free licence note, tin and term when a card is free, and no figure is anywhere. Each has its room on the free pattern (the packet downloaded from the room, the whole team as one file, FREE · TAKE IT on the rail; the kicker, the rung and the heading say FREE, not LAUNCHING SOON), both faces and its record in assets, a door in the menu with the tick, a shelf row, the floor and the seek; the team has its page (/?view=welcome-team: the plain-words explanation for people who don't do AI, the five in order with a download each, the one file, how it rides with a package) and the first door in START HERE · FREE. The five packets and THE-WELCOME-TEAM.zip (the five inside, with a read-me) ride in the theme's assets. The shelf's rail counts FREE as its own till state with its own filter (the shelf's script leaves free rows alone when it reads the store); the intro card's row, which read LAUNCHING SOON, reads FREE. Every card cut from now on names the team in its START-HERE.md. Gated in Chromium at 1440 and on a phone: the team page with its five tiles, faces and six downloads and no LAUNCHING SOON anywhere; a free room with its download, its FREE rail and rung; the menu's START HERE · FREE at six doors with the team first, THE STUDIO'S OWN with the new wing of five ticked doors; the shelf's rail reading FREE 6 and the filter showing the six. THE PACKET WATCH read the five: no secret, no price, no build path, no forbidden word. Still to do outside the theme: THE DELIVERY (the download worker) attaches THE-WELCOME-TEAM.zip beside every card it sends. The upload zip and the till are as at 12.357.56. Card rooms on the floor: 786.

2026-10-09, on his word ('we need the menu to power up and fly … something like it but its our own so we dont copy'), from 12.357.56 (AI FOR AUTONOMY). From the mythology house: in the old north the northern lights were the valkyries' armour flashing as they rode the sky — the aurora the menu's beams have worn since 12.357.54. Three movements, all the house's own: THE POWER-UP — a house opens and its wings rise into place one after another while each beam ignites from the ground up and its head lights when the light arrives; THE CHARGE — rest on a card and it charges: it lifts a hair, light pools beneath it and rises through it in slow motes, its halo breathes; THE FLIGHT — choose a card and it lifts off, up and away with a trail of light behind it, and its room opens (540 ms later; a modifier key, a middle click or reduced motion opens the room at once; the menu closes as it always did). Still or gentle, never a flash: the fastest cycle is 3.2 s and the amplitudes are small; under prefers-reduced-motion nothing moves and the room opens at once. Gated in Chromium at 1440: the power-up's animations counted on every wing, the beams' final state the natural one; the charge's lift, motes and breathing on the hovered card; mid-flight the door lifting with its trail and the menu still open, the room reached at 540 ms, the menu closed, every trace removed by 1.5 s; a shift-click untouched; under reduced motion no animation and the room at once. Also mended: the BUY THE DECK button on the cosmos deck, which the dark and still schemes repainted white under white words (the schemes' rule for ink-coloured shapes), keeps its dark face, gold edge and white words in every scheme (checked in all three). No card moved; the upload zip and the till are as at 12.357.56.

2026-10-09 on his word ('build ai skill cards for every catagory of vechilce that will need to be self driven and atumonous'), from 12.357.55 (THE UNBROKEN CARD). A new house of twenty-eight cards, Nº 915–942, one per category of vehicle that will drive, sail, fly or roll itself, in six wings: THE ROAD (THE ROBOTAXI, THE LONG-HAUL TRUCK, THE DELIVERY VAN, THE CITY BUS, THE AMBULANCE, THE CAMPUS SHUTTLE, THE RACING CAR, THE SIDEWALK ROBOT, THE MOBILITY CHAIR); THE RAIL (THE TRAM, THE FREIGHT TRAIN); THE YARD (THE PORT TRACTOR, THE AIRPORT TUG, THE HAUL TRUCK, THE FORKLIFT, THE WAREHOUSE ROBOT); THE FIELD (THE TRACTOR, THE HARVESTER, THE MOWER, THE SNOWPLOUGH, THE STREET SWEEPER); THE WATER (THE CARGO SHIP, THE FERRY, THE TUGBOAT, THE SUBMERSIBLE); THE SKY (THE INSPECTION DRONE, THE AIR TAXI, THE ROVER). Every card is the seat beside the people who build, run and approve the vehicle, never the driver. Its machine (av_<vehicle>.py: domain · case · log · ready · selftest 12/12) writes the operating-domain sheet before the vehicle moves — where, when, what, who, the hazards the card knows by name, the fallback, what it must refuse, the sign-offs — checks the safety case hazard by hazard (every section filled, every hazard with a mitigation and an owner, every limit with its unit, a source with its year; a score out of 100 and every fault by name), keeps the disengagement and incident log the day it happens in five parts, and reads the readiness gate: READY or NOT READY with the reasons, on the sign-offs' word, never the card's. It never writes control code, never tunes a model, never issues a command to a vehicle and never calls one safe; it stands in for no regulator, certificate or standard. Every one 98 LEGENDARY WITNESSED on THE HUNDRED from evidence (Trigger 5 · Machinery 5 · Law 5 · Portability 5 · Proof 5; the selftest and every command on the record); THE PACKET WATCH read all twenty-eight before they left the bench. Each has its room (index + page), both faces and its record in assets, a door in the menu with the tick of 12.357.49, a shelf row (the rail recounted: 781 rows, 135 LEGENDARY), the floor and the seek; the house has its page (/?view=house-autonomy) and its header in the menu after AI FOR RESEARCH, painted from the palette, with the key. In the twin: twenty-eight views, the house's view, the house in the menu, the rows. THE UNBROKEN CARD's punch, left out of the punch table at 12.357.55, is in the table now (769 punches). None is on the till: every ticket reads LAUNCHING SOON with the door under it until Rich has read SL-2026-10-AUTONOMY-005 and a price is set. Card rooms on the floor: 781.

2026-10-09

2026-10-09 on his word ('we need a ai skill card that makes sure stuff doesnt break'), from 12.357.54 (THE BIFRÖST). One instrument card seated in THE INSTRUMENTS · THE SHIPYARD, Nº 914: THE UNBROKEN CARD — nothing breaks from the build to the visitor. Its machine (unbroken.py: refs · needs · live · gate · selftest 14/14) reads a theme before it is published and names everything it asks for that is not there — pictures, scripts and styles named but missing from the zip; snippets, sections and templates included but absent; doors that open on no room — prints the exact list of files the store's Files must hold, and walks the live site, page by page, reporting every picture and internal link that does not answer 200; gate gives one verdict, UNBROKEN or BROKEN, before anything ships. Scored 92 LEGENDARY WITNESSED on THE HUNDRED from evidence: Trigger 5 · Machinery 5 · Law 5 · Portability 3 · Proof 5 — the scale docks two points from a machine that reaches the network, and this one walks the live site by design and says so on its face; the other three commands reach nothing. Its first real run was this theme: 0 broken references, 112 names the store's Files must hold (every one in LUNDR-MEDIA-FOR-SHOPIFY-FILES-228.zip) — the very pictures that broke on the live site today because the Files were never uploaded. Its room (index + page), both faces and its record in assets, a door in the menu at the end of THE SHIPYARD with the tick of 12.357.49, a shelf row (the rail recounted: 753 rows, 107 LEGENDARY), the floor and the seek; in the twin, its view, its door and its row. Unpriced and off the till until Rich has read it (it rides with SL-2026-10-AGENT-BENCH-004's posture; no new question). Card rooms on the floor: 753.

From the mythology house: each wing's beam in the mega menu is a bridge of light that burns with a slow aurora — the wing's colour drifting through its own lighter and brighter tints along the beam, nine seconds a pass, three while the pointer rests on the wing, never a flash, still under prefers-reduced-motion — headed by the spear of light where it leaves the wing's name. THE LIT CARD: the card you rest on, or reach by keyboard, is lit — its name goes bold with a halo of the wing's light and a band of that light runs from the beam under the name, so the one to click is never in doubt; its tick lengthens to meet it. Gated at 1440×900 and 1366×768 and on the phone, light, dark and still. No card moved.

2026-10-09

2026-10-09, for the siege book ('nothing gets through'), from 12.357.52 (THE HOUSE PAGES). CHECK ANY CARD FILE, on the open room (/?view=open): pick a .skill.zip and the page opens it on your own computer, inflates its door file with the browser's own DecompressionStream, hashes it with WebCrypto and looks the punch up in the house's table of every card it has cut (assets/punches.json, 740 punches: 739 as the rooms print them, 1 from the index; 12 old instrument rooms print none and are the next thing to mend). THE STUDIO'S OWN, UNTOUCHED names the card and its number; NO CARD OF OURS HASHES TO THIS says changed since it left, another edition, or never ours — and when the folder inside carries one of our names, says plainly not to use it and to get the file again from the order email. Nothing is uploaded. Proved in the browser with the real THE CALL NOTES CARD and THE BRIEF CARD packets (named and numbered), the same packet with one byte of its door changed (refused by name), and a file that is not a zip. In the twin the table rides inline. Also mended: the one outside script in the theme (the demi-god marketplace demo's Tone.js from a CDN) carries its integrity hash and crossorigin now, so a changed copy on the CDN would not run. The wall check (wallcheck.py) and the packet watch (packetwatch.py), the two siege machines, ride in the master's tools; their first reports are in the siege book. No card moved; the floor, the shelf and the till are as at 12.357.52.

2026-10-09, on his word ('each main header needs its own page too'), from 12.357.51 (THE SHOOTING STARS). Ten houses in the menu sent their header to the floor's filter and had no page of their own. Each has one now, on the house-page pattern the other houses wear: the kicker, the name, the counts (cards, wings, the score every card carries or the LEGENDARY count, the witnessed count), the wings as doors, every card as a tile with its face, its role, its ticket (LAUNCHING SOON until it is on the till, with the TELL ME WHEN IT'S UP door) and its room, the questions, and the doors to the floor. THE APPS — /?view=house-apps, 15 cards in 1 wing; THE HOSPITAL — /?view=house-hospital, 56 cards in 4 wings; THE AGENCIES — /?view=house-agencies, 46 cards in 5 wings; THE THEATRE — /?view=house-theatre, 19 cards in 2 wings; THE WORKING DAY — /?view=house-working-day, 75 cards in 5 wings; THE TRADE — /?view=house-trade, 10 cards in 2 wings; THE DISCIPLINES — /?view=house-disciplines, 7 cards in 2 wings; THE CREATIVE DOMAINS — /?view=house-creative-domains, 22 cards in 1 wing; AI FOR RESEARCH — /?view=house-research, 32 cards in 4 wings; THE LABORATORY — /?view=house-laboratory, 3 cards in 1 wing. The menu's header reads THE WHOLE HOUSE → for every house now, with ON THE FLOOR → beside it; the ten rooms are in the floor's index and the seek. No price is typed on any of them. Gated on the theme's own page (THE HOSPITAL, 56 tiles; THE TRADE, 10) at 1440×900 and on a 390-wide phone: every tile with its face, its seal line as its room prints it and its ticket; no page error; no sideways scroll. 2026-10-09, on his word ('skinnier beams' · 'more light shaped like a shooting star essentially' · 'a beam of light'), from 12.357.50 (THE BEAMS). Each wing's beam in the mega menu is a shooting star now: a bright white head beside the wing's name, a one-pixel core in the wing's colour (its chroma nearly doubled), and a trail of light that thins and fades down the list — the bloom strongest at the head, gone by the foot. The ticks are the same light, thinner, each still the card's score on THE HUNDRED, trailing off to the right; a 98 or 96 burns white at the centre. Resting on a wing lengthens the trail and brightens the head, with a slow sweep of light along it (three seconds a pass, gentle, never a flash); resting on a card, or reaching it by keyboard, flares its tick with a point of white light; all of it still under prefers-reduced-motion. Gated on the theme's own page at 1440×900 and 1366×768 and on a 390-wide phone, in the light, dark and still schemes: the star on every wing, the pulse on 751 card links, the flare at 1 on hover and on keyboard focus, no page error, no sideways scroll. 2026-10-09, on his word ('more shiny and like beams of light in space but the colors you've assigned more scarier' · 'very very very intense and interesting'), from 12.357.49 (THE RAIL). THE BEAM: each wing's rail in the mega menu is a beam of light — a white-hot head where it leaves the wing's name, a saturated core, a bloom of the wing's colour to both sides and a deeper fringe beyond, fading at its foot like a beam into the dark. The colour is the wing's own with its chroma nearly doubled and its lightness set for the beam (relative colour syntax, with a plain fallback for an older browser), so the same colour still leads to the card's room, its shelf row and its tile. On paper the beam is a lit line with a coloured bloom; in the dark and still schemes it is a beam in space. THE PULSES: every card's tick is a pulse of the same light, its length still the card's score on THE HUNDRED; a 98 or 96 burns white at the centre. THE REST: resting on a wing widens its bloom and runs a slow sweep of white along the beam (three seconds a pass, gentle, never a flash); resting on a card, or reaching it by keyboard, flares its pulse and lights the beam beside it; all of it still under prefers-reduced-motion. THE INDEX: the floor's index carried no score for 190 cards and the wrong mark for 65 (it had never read the rooms); it reads what the rooms say now, so the floor's seals, its sort by score and its score filter agree with the rooms and the menu, in the theme and in the twin's own copy. Gated on the theme's own page at 1440×900 and 1366×768 and on a 390-wide phone, in the light, dark and still schemes: the beam on every wing, the bloom on both fragments of a wing that spans two columns, the pulse on 751 card links, the flare at 1 on hover and on keyboard focus, no page error, no sideways scroll. No card moved; the shelf and the till are as at 12.357.47.

12.357.49 · THE RAIL

2026-10-09

2026-10-09, on his word ('the color bar on the side needs to be better, less distracting and serve a purpose and have more ai affect if so'), from 12.357.48 (THE MENU). THE RAIL: the 5 px solid bar (with a white inset line) beside every wing of the mega menu is a 2 px rail at two fifths of the wing's colour, waking to three quarters while the pointer rests on the wing; the colour is still the wing's own, the one its cards carry to their rooms, their shelf rows and their tiles. THE TICK: every card link in the menu (751 of the 752) carries its score on THE HUNDRED, read from its own room and never typed here (badge 44, index 1, line 707), as a short mark on the rail whose length follows the score — 98 the longest, 68 shorter, unscored a dot — solid for WITNESSED and quieter for MANIFEST; the browser's tooltip prints the room's seal line in full. THE GLOW: resting on a card, or reaching it by keyboard, lengthens its tick and lights the rail beside it — a soft light that fades in and out in a fifth of a second, still, never flashing, off under prefers-reduced-motion; it is the keyboard's focus mark through the menu's links. THE KEY: one line in the header of each of the 21 house panels that carry ticks reads them (LEGENDARY · EPIC · UNSCORED) and links THE HUNDRED's own room; the door panels carry none. THE SEAL BADGES: in 55 rooms (THE HOSPITAL's seats and two of THE FACULTIES') the drawn seal badge said 68 while the room's own seal line, its record and both faces said 76; the badge follows the line now, in the theme and in the twin. Gated on the theme's own page at 1440×900 and 1366×768 and on a 390-wide phone, in the light, dark and still schemes: 751 ticks on 751 card links, the key on 21 panels and on no door panel, the glow at .85 on hover and on keyboard focus, no page error, no sideways scroll. No card moved; the shelf, the floor and the till are as at 12.357.47.

12.357.48 · THE MENU

2026-10-09

2026-10-09, on his word ('improvments on the mega menu. run it'), from 12.357.47 (THE AGENT BENCH). ONE MENU A PAGE: the phone's copy of the 75 KB products menu leaves every page (200 pages, 75 KB lighter each); the one menu moves into the phone's full-screen menu when the burger opens and back when it closes, with a no-script door to the floor. THE LEFT COLUMN FITS: the foot bar (a second CLOSE and the hint) goes, the hint joins the top bar, the panel takes the height, so the 26 houses and the three doors stand without a scroll at 1440×900; a column that still scrolls on a smaller screen fades at its foot to say so. THE FIRST WING HAS A NAME: in 3 houses (THE INSTRUMENTS, THE METHODS, THE CRAFTS) the cards that belong to no wing stood under no heading; they stand under the house's own name. FIND, LIVE: typing in FIND A CARD — the menu's box, the phone's box, or the header's box, which opens the menu — lists the matching cards across every house as you type, with house and wing, walkable with the arrow keys; Enter opens the first; Esc clears; nothing matches, the floor's own seek. THE KEYBOARD WALKS THE HOUSES: up and down arrows move along the house list and open each; Home and End. THE RIGHT ROLE: the panel was role=menu with no menu items in it; it is a labelled region. Gated on the theme's own page at 1440×900 and 1366×768 and on a 390-wide phone, in the light, dark and still schemes. No card moved; the shelf, the floor and the till are as at 12.357.47.

2026-10-09 on his word ('what are some things as fast as products that would help claude work better and anthropic would want. lets build it for them so we can help improve things' · 'what are more, usualy at lease 13' · 'build' · 'STORM'), from 12.357.46 (THE FILES). THE INSTRUMENTS takes a new wing, THE AGENT BENCH, Nº 897–913: seventeen instrument cards, each a method with a standard-library machine (three to five commands and a self-test), 98 LEGENDARY WITNESSED by THE HUNDRED from evidence, READY TO SELL in THE VALIDATION CARD's deep check with 0 warnings, no trigger overlap with any of the 680 skills on the shelf, THE OFFLINE PROOF run on every machine. THE BRIEF CARD (the hand-off brief, scored), THE INJECTION DRILL (planted instructions, scored on behaviour), THE CUT LIST (what every turn pays for), THE RUN RECEIPT (a hash-chained run receipt), THE DESCRIPTION CARD (the words a router reads), THE FORGET CARD (memory hygiene, consent-first), THE HOST MARKS (where a skill has run, as a public sheet), THE COLD START (the ledger a stranger can resume from), THE CLARIFY CARD (ask or proceed, the one question), THE TOOL WORDS (MCP tool descriptions linted and routed), THE TWO-SIDED REFUSAL (refuses what it must, helps where it should), THE OFFLINE PROOF (a static scan and a watched run), THE HOST PROBE (what the host offers and the walls it has), THE DRIFT CARD (the doc against the code), THE FRESH EYES (a second reader who never saw the reasoning), THE HUMAN GATE (pay, delete, send, publish, sign, spend), THE REPEAT CARD (procedures mined from a transcript). Unpriced and off the till until Rich clears SL-2026-10-AGENT-BENCH-004. The shelf rail recounted (752 rows). Card rooms on the floor: 752.

12.357.46 · THE FILES

2026-10-09

2026-10-09, on his word ('ok lets do it'), from 12.357.45 (THE BUSY BEES). The theme's pictures leave the theme zip: 228 files, 21.2 MB — the hero pictures, the house and card share pictures, the suite and app pictures — now live in the shop's own Files (Content → Files), and every 'picture' | asset_url in the theme became 'picture' | file_url (255 references in 913 files), the way the per-card share pictures already reached the rooms (images[og_card]). The theme zip is 19.9 MB, half its size, and goes through the chat's 30 MiB wall; nothing on the site changes once the pictures are in Files. Nothing else moved: the faces (SVG), the records (JSON), the videos with their posters and the app icons the PWA manifest reaches by relative path stay in the theme. ORDER OF WORK before this build is published: 1) upload every file in LUNDR-MEDIA-FOR-SHOPIFY-FILES-228.zip to Content → Files, names unchanged (a name already there is the same picture — keep the one in place); 2) upload the theme zip; 3) preview a room, the floor and the deck; 4) publish. The viewing twin carries its faces as plain SVG data URIs now (same pictures, a lighter file) and ships zipped for the chat as lundr-v12.199-the-fusion-viewing.zip, the .html inside under its constant name. The master stays one file and stays large; it reaches the desk by the computer link.

12.357.45 · THE BUSY BEES

2026-10-09

2026-10-09 on his word ('make sure we get all the ai skill cards for entry level jobs too so our boss ai skill cards can have some busy bee workers to do some stuff behind the scenes' · 'we need all the fast food worker positions too, for all of the different types of food that is made and all the different types of postions' · 'we need to do some improvements and work on improving our buttons and visual and especially the backend and frontend of things'), from 12.357.44 (THE TWENTY-TWO). THE WORKING DAY takes two wings, Nº 850–896, cut on the house's own profession-card pattern (12.351) with their tests aboard (141 tests, the runner selftest 9/9), 68 EPIC MANIFEST like the rest of the house: THE BACK OFFICE (21) — the receptionist, office assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, data entry clerk, scheduling coordinator, customer service representative, sales development representative, accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, bookkeeping clerk, HR assistant, recruiting coordinator, marketing assistant, social media assistant, junior analyst, research assistant, IT help desk technician, junior developer, QA tester and legal assistant — the entry-level desks behind every boss card, each handing up to the card whose job the decision is; THE QUICK SERVICE (26) — the front counter cashier, drive-thru order taker, drive-thru window presenter, fry station cook, grill cook, sandwich maker, pizza maker, pizza delivery driver, taco line builder, fried chicken cook, breakfast cook, donut finisher, ice cream scooper, smoothie maker, wok cook, sushi roll maker, concession stand worker, salad and bowl builder, beverage station worker, expeditor, order assembler, lobby attendant, crew trainer, shift leader, opener and closer — every position across every kind of quick-service food, the food code and the allergen card on every one. The back end and the front end, mended: the shelf's sort-and-filter rail is now counted from the rows at every cut (735 rows; 22 houses, every one filterable — AI FOR RESEARCH, THE APPS, THE DEMI-GODS, THE LABORATORY and THE TRADE had no filter, and the counts had stood at 537 since the rail was typed); the shelf's rows and its ON THE TILL / LAUNCHING SOON counts take the store's own answer, the same read the buy buttons use (glow.js); every card not yet on sale carries, under its red BUY button, the door — TELL ME WHEN IT'S UP, the shop's own contact form with the card's line on it, hidden the moment the store says the card is up; the twenty-two rooms' words mended (a law tile no longer opens on a colon, the never line reads as a sentence, every witnessed block is titled by its command); 44 px tap targets on the rail and a focus ring on every buy control. In the twin: every LAUNCHING SOON ticket is the same named BUY button that glows red, and a room's faces load the moment it opens. Card rooms on the floor: 735.

12.357.44 · THE TWENTY-TWO

2026-10-09

2026-10-09 on his word ('LETS BUILD THE AI SKILL CARDS NOW. THE BEST ONES YET' · 'BRING THEM TO THE HIGHEST SCORES WE CAN' · 'WHAT ABOUT LIKE THE SALES CALL AI SKILL CARDS AND THE FULL GTM AI SKILL PACKET TOO' · 'lets get them all up on the lundr.tech theme'), from 12.357.43 (THE MENU HOLDS). Twenty-two AI skill cards seated, Nº 828–849, every one scored 98 LEGENDARY WITNESSED by THE HUNDRED applied from evidence (hundred.py: the self-test run, every command found on the record, the anatomy of twenty-three files whole, standard library, the punch read back from the drawn face; a fresh scoring of the final bytes had to agree before any score was written) and READY TO SELL on THE VALIDATION CARD with no warning. THE INSTRUMENTS takes a new column, THE APPLIED-AI WING (9): THE EVAL CARD, THE TRIGGER TEST CARD, THE USE CASE CARD, THE PROMPT REVIEW CARD, THE GROUNDING CARD, THE TRACE CARD, THE AGREEMENT CARD, THE GUARDRAIL CARD, THE TOKEN COST CARD. Two new houses: THE LABORATORY (THE BENCH, 3: THE POWER CARD, THE PLATE CARD, THE LAB NOTEBOOK CARD — each carrying the boundary: never helps make or strengthen pathogens or toxins) and THE TRADE, the full GTM packet (THE SALES FLOOR, 5: THE CALL NOTES CARD, THE QUALIFY CARD, THE OBJECTION CARD, THE PIPELINE CARD, THE WIN-LOSS CARD · THE MARKET, 5: THE FIELD CARD, THE OUTBOUND CARD, THE PRODUCT LAUNCH CARD, THE POSITIONING CARD, THE ICP CARD). THE FIELD CARD was THE BATTLECARD until he renamed it this morning. Each has its room (index + page, folded by the compressor), both faces and its record in assets, a menu door, a shelf row, the floor and the seek; none is on the till — every ticket reads LAUNCHING SOON and the buy button glows red until the store has the product and a price is set. Not on this theme by law: no real person is named in any card; the lab cards carry the bioscience boundary; THE STORM LEGAL docket for the twenty-two (SL-2026-10-APPLIED-GTM-002) rides beside the kit for Rich. Card rooms on the floor: 688.

12.357.43 · THE MENU HOLDS

2026-10-07

2026-10-07 on his word ('its really hard to get to the products to interact with the menu. as it disappears when I take my mouse off of it. can we make some fixes so we don't have this problem on desktop, laptop, iPad, or mobile'), from 12.357.42 (THE MINT). The PRODUCTS menu now stays open until it is closed — CLOSE THE MENU, Esc, a click or tap outside, or a card chosen — and never closes because the pointer left (it used to, crossing the header row between PRODUCTS and the panel). A click or tap on PRODUCTS opens it, so the iPad can use it at last (a tap used to follow the link away); with a mouse, a short rest on PRODUCTS opens it too; Ctrl or Cmd-click still opens the products page. Houses switch on a click or tap, or when the mouse comes to rest on one (240 ms, pointer still), so a sweep across the list toward the cards no longer switches them. The phone and iPad-portrait menu rows are now thumb-sized (44–48 px).

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('ok update the lundr.tech theme and all the files'), from 12.357.41 (THE PROOF, LIVE). A new page, THE MINT (/?view=the-mint, menu line in THE STUDIO'S OWN, in site search): what THE MINT is and how it works, a button that opens it in Claude (it runs there, on the visitor's own Claude account), its rules shown word for word from THE MINT's own list — 12 kinds it makes, 14 it never makes, anything else refused — the rule that nothing enters the register or carries PROVEN unless a person at the studio has read it, and five services as BUY buttons (register a card; register twelve; studio-made card: guidance, with a tool, on your documents) that glow red until priced. Their recommended prices are in a draft product sheet only, never printed on the page.

12.357.41 · THE PROOF, LIVE

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('any cool ai things you can do to improve and cool and scare the people at claude founders house with are awesome abilities'), from 12.357.40 (ALL PROVEN). THE PROOF page now checks a card in the buyer's own browser: drop any .skill.zip and the page opens the zip itself (the browser's own decompression, no library), fingerprints SKILL.md with SHA-256 (WebCrypto), draws the punch as the 96 cells on the card's face, and checks it against the studio's register of all 594 cards built into the page — so a forgery whose own record was edited to match is still caught. It also checks every file against the card's list and the skill name against the platform's reserved words. GENUINE · ALTERED · NOT FROM THE STUDIO · CANNOT CHECK. Nothing is uploaded; no server; no AI model. Also published on its own as THE PROOF · LIVE.

12.357.40 · ALL PROVEN

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('keep going'), from 12.357.39 (THE GLOW). THE CLAUDE.MD CARD — the one card that failed the shelf's check, its skill name holding a word the AI platform reserves — renamed inside to memory-file-card (its product name, handle and page unchanged). A new SKILL.md means a new punch (01709FC5… → 8C55ACEF…): redrawn on its face from the grid's own geometry, and carried to its machine face, its seat data, its page, the floor, the twin, the upload zip and the master's tracker; the register's history keeps the old one. READY TO SELL (one warning: the skill's name and its folder now differ, because the folder is the product's handle). It carries the PROVEN mark now: 578 proven, 0 failing, and THE PROOF says so.

12.357.39 · THE GLOW

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('if the ai skill card is up have it glow the purple, if its not up have it glow red. but every button should say the words buy (the name of the ai skill card) and be able to be added to the cart'), from 12.357.38 (BUY). glow.js in every page head: every buy button reads BUY + the card's own name (816 names, the Library's books among them), adds to the cart on a click (the card pages' rail too), and glows purple when the card is up in the store or red when it is not — asked of the store itself (/products.json, once per visit), so pricing a card turns it purple with no new theme. Steady light only, never a pulse or a flash. Buttons with no product yet take their card's own title and glow red, and say 'Not on sale yet' when clicked; on pages that are not a card the rail reads BUY AI SKILL CARDS and opens the floor. 60 cart forms stamped with their handle. Sold by agreement, the seat, the rider, ANSUZ and LUNDR'S MIND keep ASK TO BUY; the free card stays FREE.

12.357.38 · BUY

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('all the buttons need to say bu before ill set the prices. can you do that please'), from 12.357.36 (THE PROOF). THE TILL opened: till_open on, so every card's button reads BUY NOW; the floor's tiles now obey the switch too. TAKE IT became BUY NOW everywhere it is a buy button (the card pages, the floor, the cart's own script); WRITE THE STUDIO became BUY BY WIRE; the cards page's tiles, the house tiles and the home lines say BUY NOW; the 113 tickets held back on both sides became BUY NOW (41 linking to their card's buy section, 72 as cart buttons). Sold only by written agreement, the seat, the rider and LUNDR'S MIND say ASK TO BUY; the free card stays FREE. A BUY on a card not yet priced in Shopify answers 'Not on sale yet'. The floor's and shelf's LAUNCHING SOON filter stays a filter.

12.357.36 · THE PROOF

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('keep looking for ways to make it better an unique. run upadates'), from 12.357.35 (THE OPEN LIST). Mended the five card scripts that crashed on bad input (THE DIGITAL SHOPPER's compare.py, THE ENVELOPE CARD, THE AI ESTATE CARD, THE MANDATE CARD, MILITARY STRATEGY's doctrine.py): --help answers, bad input gets a message, every self-test unchanged; their manifests re-fingerprinted; all five READY TO SELL. Then THE BATCH CARD ran THE VALIDATION CARD over all 594 packets: 577 READY TO SELL, 16 WORKS · NOT YET, 1 being renamed. Each of the 577 now carries a PROVEN mark on its floor tile, its shelf row and its own page; a new page, THE PROOF, says what was checked and how anyone can check a card themselves (the punch is the first 24 of SHA-256 of SKILL.md).

12.357.35 · THE OPEN LIST

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('keep updating'), from 12.357.34 (THE ELEVEN, SEEN). THE LET'S GO CARD was run on the mind's whole open list to choose the next step, and found its own slips: it gave Carter's upload to the AI, gave a draft made for Carter and Rich to them, and missed 'Carter confirms…' as his. Mended, each with its own self-test (19/19), and items that wait on something now say WAITS ON; its packet re-cut (punch unchanged, 4646B8C9…; face, witness and FILES.md new), READY TO SELL. The mind's open list cleaned with evidence: 22 closed (3 proven on the site, 19 duplicates or superseded), 2 current items added. The step it then chose was done: LUNDR'S MIND's sale term sheet, a draft for Carter and Rich.

2026-10-05 on his question ('did the divinity rule along with the other ules get their own page too and visual compnantes and dementrasatsions'), from 12.357.33 (THE MIND, FOR SALE). Every public rule's page gains See it: the drawing the home page shows for it, and a hands-on demonstration of the classical idea its branch is named for — the golden cut, the compass construction of the golden rectangle, the monochord (playable), the silver rectangle and A-paper halving, the thirds, the Padovan spiral, the fractal tree, the column module after Vignola, the five Platonic solids with V − E + F = 2. Nothing moves on its own; the Rule's own use of each stays in the volume and the seat. Heaven and Earth show their drawings; their demonstrations wait for their principles' text. THE DIVINITY RULE's seat page gains The thirteen, in one drawing: Root Phi at the centre, the eight branches, Heaven above, Earth below, and the two sealed seats unnamed — each opening its page.

LUNDR'S MIND is for sale like ANSUZ: $500,000 and a lifetime royalty, by written agreement, no cart; the royalty's rate and terms set in the agreement. What changes hands: the mind itself — its machine and brain, the method, every test and the right to run it — set up empty; the studio's own records and any client's never change hands (the studio's default, for him to confirm). Hiring the studio to run it stays open beside the sale; the form asks which. Rewritten everywhere: the home section, the page (a For sale section), the ANSUZ page ('sold on its own'), the menu (THE MIND · LUNDR'S MIND · FOR SALE), site search, and the seating script.

LUNDR'S MIND has its own page, /?view=lundrs-mind: what it does (the seven points), Ask it (two questions put to the brain on Oct 5 2026, answered word for word, with the six ways to ask), it remembers for ANSUZ too, how an engagement works, what you do not get, the fees line, what it will never do, and the request form (Hire LUNDR'S MIND). The menu's FOR LEASE line opens the page; the home section keeps its summary and gains THE WHOLE PAGE; the seventh point no longer sits alone on its row. The page is in the site search.

THE ACTUAL CHECK read every file the studio holds (121,953 entries, 3,940 zips, nothing skipped) for every card name: every card on the floor (666) is in the menu; the demi-god and history seats are reached by their shelves. A new house in the menu and a page, THE CARDS TO COME, lists the 122 cards not on the shelf yet — made in other chats and to join (83, THE AI COMPANY SET's 63 among them), held (THE HORIZON CARD), planned (the 31 of THE HORIZON 2026–2056, by horizon and status) and named, not yet cut (7) — each with where it stands. The floor tile's bar is now a 6 px top border, visible above the card picture. Proved: all ten DEMI-GODS tradition links filter — every tile on each filtered shelf is of that tradition.

One color per menu column, distinct inside each house (86 columns, 23 houses; twelve colors, each 3:1 or better on white and on the dark scheme; neighbouring columns step five places round the palette; AI FOR SPORT and one other house have 13 columns, so their first and last share a color). The same color marks every card wherever it appears: a bar beside its column in the menu (with a white inner edge so it reads on the purple panel), a stripe on its row on THE SHELF, RANKED (663 of 663), a bar across the top of its tile on THE FLOOR, and a band across the top of its own page. Fonts: code labels asked for plain monospace (Courier on an iPhone) — now JetBrains Mono; buttons inherit; the announcement bar, THE THIRTEEN, the rule pages, LUNDR'S MIND and ANSUZ take the theme's own fonts — text outside the theme's fonts 1,072 → 0. Text under 14 px 9,440 → 0 (the miniature cards, the rotation bar); cut-off text 300 → 0 (tile subtitles get two lines; STILL on iPad); past the edge 24 → 0 (long buttons wrap; the header's shop button wraps at 360 px and under); tap targets under 44 pt 19,508 → 1,236 on touch screens only (header controls, chips, footer links, the floor's filter buttons). The rule pages' id is rulepage, clear of the home page's Rule section. Census: 5,434 AI skill cards from every source, 39,702 checks; every menu link opens a page; still to join: THE AI COMPANY SET (12.358).

12.357.25 · THE THIRTEEN

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('this is from another session that we need to update this one and add everything to the master lundr.tech theme for shopify to keep everything unified'), from 12.357.24 (THE MIND AND THE BODY) and the other chat's handoff. The home page gains THE THIRTEEN: eleven tiles for the public rules (Root Phi, the eight branches, Heaven, Earth) and two sealed seats with no names, held for AI alone, opening the seat; under it, the shelf is not the seat — THE SEAT $350,000, THE METHODOLOGY +$113,000. Eleven rule pages (/?view=rule-root-phi … rule-earth): the face, what it is, where it meets your work, what is in the card, the published volume (books 1–9 on the Library shelf; Heaven and Earth have none), the rules before and after, the shelf is not the seat. Seated Nº 813–824: THE METHODOLOGY beside THE DIVINITY RULE (the rider: REQUEST THE RIDER, +$113,000, seat-holders only, no cart) and, in THE METHODS · THE THIRTEEN, the nine principle cards, THE HEAVEN CARD and THE EARTH CARD — each MANIFEST and unscored until its volume or its text is inside; all off the till. THE LIBRARY CARD's packet is now E2. The two sealed principles taken off every public surface, at his law (never seated, listed or pictured; named nowhere): their two appointment pages, 146 links to them across the theme with every menu count recounted, two shelf rows, their floor records, and three sentences that named them, now naming nothing. Still to join: 12.358 (THE AI COMPANY SET), its files not here. On the home page, the rotation bar's labels (NOW SHOWING, ROTATE, the step numbers, AS TEXT) were 12 px and three packet headings 13 px; they take the 14 px floor.

12.357.24 · THE MIND AND THE BODY

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('lets get all these updates on the shopify lundr.tech theme and ill upload and we can work through some edits and then will hook it up'). From 12.357.23 (THE PROOF, SEATED). The ANSUZ page carries v7 · THE MINDED BODY: simulation done through version seven, remembering through LUNDR'S MIND and answering with sources; a new point, its memory only makes it more careful; the proof now 153 checks across five versions and 7,600 random homes; the sale's code runs version three to version seven. The home page's LUNDR'S MIND section gains one point: it answers from its own record, every line with its source, and says so past what it holds. Not in this build: 12.358 (THE AI COMPANY SET) and the thirteen Rule cards commissioned in another chat — their files are not here; they join onto this build. The cart drawer's 14 px fix, mended: at 12.357.23 the rule named a class the drawer does not have (.wdn), so ×, APPLY and Keep looking stayed 13.3 px; it now names the drawer itself (.wdn-drawer), in the theme and the twin. And the buttons in the shared header and menu (the announcement ×, SEEK, CLOSE THE MENU, the scheme switch) sat at the browser's own 13.3 px on every page; buttons and form fields that nothing else sizes now take 14 px (a zero-weight rule, so every size the theme sets still wins).

12.357.23 · THE PROOF, SEATED

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('did you get all the new ai skill cards on the lundr.tech theme' — all but the two made that day). From 12.357.22 (THE SEAT, CARDED). THE VALIDATION CARD (validation-card, Nº 811 — every card proven before it sells; validate.py selftest 12/12) and THE BATCH CARD (batch-card, Nº 812 — the whole shelf, tested at once; batch.py selftest 9/9) seated in THE INSTRUMENTS, each with its own room, punch proved, its own face. Off the till until he sets their prices. The upload zip is 579 (the 577 plus the two). Still to join: 12.358 (THE AI COMPANY SET). Card rooms on the floor: 653. The 14 px floor, mended: at 12.357.21 the rule reached only the viewing twin, never the theme. It is now one snippet (floor14) rendered in every page head of the theme — the layout, the 14 shared frames and the 151 pages that carry their own head — and it covers the cart drawer's buttons (×, APPLY, Keep looking were 13.3 px). Beside the theme: LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-579.zip and products-THE-VALIDATION-AND-BATCH-CARDS-DRAFT-2026-10-05.csv (prices blank).

12.357.22 · THE SEAT, CARDED

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('this one too', files-4.zip) and his Oct 4 ruling that the Rule sells as one AI skill card for $350,000. From 12.357.21 (THE APPS, SEATED). THE DIVINITY RULE (divinity-rule-card) seated Nº 810 in THE STUDIO'S OWN · THE INNERMOST ROOM: its own room, punch proved, its own face, NOT RANKED. No cart anywhere: the header button, the 'Take it' heading and the term ticket are the seat's request — $350,000, one seat, licence not sale, bank transfer or bitcoin against a signed invoice, never card — linking to the seat room (/?view=divinity-rule) and THE METHODOLOGY (+$113,000, seat-holders only). Off the till; its product stays Draft (a Shopify draft order, never a cart); not in the upload zip (each seat is sealed to its licensee). The seat room (LUNDR · THE HUNDRED) and THE METHODOLOGY's room keep their own request forms; neither states a price, as before. Rich first: the instrument, e-sign, watermark, the price ladder, Sun, tax character. Still to join: 12.358 (THE AI COMPANY SET). Card rooms on the floor: 651. Beside the theme: products-12.357.22-THE-DIVINITY-RULE-CARD-DRAFT.csv (keep it Draft — never Active) and its product and share pictures.

12.357.21 · THE APPS, SEATED

2026-10-05

2026-10-05 on his word ('update the lundr.tech theme with the new ai skill cards and any other new updates'), from 12.357.20 (THE TILL CHECK). Seventeen cards seated, Nº 793–809, each with its own room: THE NAMING CARD (THE INSTRUMENTS, $18.32, on the till); THE CANON CARD (THE STUDIO'S OWN; Rich first, no price yet); and a new house, THE APPS · THE CONSUMER APPS — FLAME, BABIES NOW, SIDEREP, SIDEREP BACKEND, MANY DOMAINS WORKER, STATE SITES, THE FORGE, FRAME, MUNDR, SOFA'S, HANDUP CYCLES, GAIT, ONEBIB, VESTRY and THE SCHOOL — each MANIFEST and unscored until witnessed with its app inside; no price yet; FLAME, BABIES NOW, FRAME, SOFA'S and THE SCHOOL read by Rich before Active. Off the till: all but THE NAMING CARD. Every punch proved against its SKILL.md; faces their own (one face per packet, standing in for the machine face). THE CANON CARD's packet mended: an empty folder named {data, scripts, references} removed. This BUILD line was stale at 12.357.17 through 12.357.18–20 and is current again. Still to join: 12.358 (THE AI COMPANY SET), its files not in this chat. Card rooms on the floor: 650. The 14 px floor, house-wide: punch codes, the CHECK YOUR FILE button, TAKE IT and the room's code blocks were 13 px on every card page; they are 14 px now. Beside the theme: LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-577.zip (the 560 plus the seventeen), products-12.357.21-SEVENTEEN-DRAFT.csv, and the seventeen product and share pictures.

12.357.20 · THE TILL CHECK

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'no keep working on improvments and do it all' (Oct 5 2026), Shopify left for the next session. Cut from 12.357.19. A new private page, /?view=till-check (not linked, not indexed): for every card on the till it asks the store for its product the way a buyer's browser does (/products/<handle>.js) and shows LIVE · BUY NOW, NOT LIVE (missing, Draft or not on the Online Store) or UNAVAILABLE (Active but not purchasable), with counts, filters, what to do for each, and a CSV of the list; SideStudio seats are marked as subscriptions. The viewing twin: a fresh load of any page's address no longer lands on the floor — the floor's filter only rewrites the address while the floor is the page showing (it did so on every load, 12.357.17–19). The till check runs only on the live site, so the twin does not carry it. Proved: liquidscan PASS; the till check's script run in Chromium against a stand-in store answering live, missing and unavailable; the twin opens ANSUZ, THE EVERY CARD and the floor straight from their addresses.

12.357.19 · ANSUZ FOR SALE

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'is lundrs mind up on the theme for a lease and the ansuz agent, put that for sale for 500K pluse a lifetime royalities' (Oct 4 2026). Cut from 12.357.18. ANSUZ's page now offers it for sale: $500,000 plus a lifetime royalty, by a signed written agreement drafted by the studio's counsel, through a request form (the store's own contact form, subject 'Buy ANSUZ'); no cart, no checkout. The buyer receives ANSUZ as it stands — design, code v3 to v6, the Stage 2 physics kit, every test and record; LUNDR'S MIND (leased, never sold) and the cards (sold as cards) are not part of the sale. The menu: THE STUDIO'S OWN › THE BODY › ANSUZ · FOR SALE, and a new line FOR LEASE › LUNDR'S MIND · FOR LEASE pointing to the home page's hire section, which had no menu line before. Beside the theme: og-ansuz.jpg recut to read FOR SALE. Proved: liquidscan PASS; the ANSUZ page rendered in Chromium at phone and desktop width.

12.357.18 · CLEARED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'rich saw it, lets go' (Oct 4 2026). Cut from 12.357.17. THE TILL takes the three cards held for Rich — THE HYDROGEN CARD, THE MOONSHOT CARD and THE SOLO STUDIO CARD — 578 handles on the till now; each reads LAUNCHING SOON until its product is Active in the store. ANSUZ, the studio's humanoid, gets one page (/?view=ansuz and /pages/ansuz, the head and foot frames shared like every room) and one line in the menu: THE STUDIO'S OWN › THE BODY › ANSUZ · THE HUMANOID. The page says what it will never do, how it is being built (simulation done through v6; real physics next; a test stand; supervised pilots), and that it is not for sale; nothing sealed is on it. Beside the theme: og-ansuz.jpg (its share picture, for Content › Files) and products-12.357.18-ADDED-DRAFT.csv (MOONSHOT and SOLO STUDIO at $18.32; HYDROGEN is already in the 162 sheet). No packet moved: the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-560.zip. Proved: liquidscan PASS; the till 578 handles, none twice, every one a room; the ANSUZ page rendered in Chromium at phone and desktop width.

12.357.17 · THE TILL, FULL

2026-10-04

on 'tackle them all with the visuals we talked about' (Oct 4 2026), the Tackle List's wave 4, first line. Cut from 12.357.16. THE TILL takes the 159 cards whose file is in hand and whose room is on the floor — THE FACULTIES 77, THE COMMONS 64, the sixteen instruments of Oct 2–3, THE DARKROOM CARD and THE EVERY CARD — 575 handles on the till now. Held off it on purpose: HYDROGEN, MOONSHOT and SOLO STUDIO (Rich), THE INTRO CARD (free), BRIGID (by wire), THE MIND and THE MOTOR of the sport house (the folds are his call). A till card reads LAUNCHING SOON until its product is Active in the store, so the switch shows no price the store does not hold. Beside the theme: products-THE-TILL-FULL-159-DRAFT-2026-10-04.csv (158 cards at $18.32, THE EVERY CARD's own two rows; import with 'Overwrite products with matching handles' unticked, so a product already in the store stays as it is) and LUNDR-PRODUCT-PICTURES-163.zip — the card's own face as its product picture (1080×1350) for every one of the 159, and one for each SideStudio seat (SOLO · PRO · STUDIO · TEAM). No packet moved: the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-560.zip. Proved: liquidscan PASS; the till 575 handles, none twice, every one a room on the floor. Not run: the every-page sweep — only the till setting moved.

12.357.16 · THE PUNCH LINE FITS

2026-10-04

on 'continue' (Oct 4 2026), after the LinkedIn rope showed LUMEP's face running off its right edge. Cut from 12.357.15. On the 38 faces whose packets are not yet cut, the line PUNCH PENDING · CUT WITH THE PACKET under the empty punch grid (JetBrains Mono 8.5, centred at x 334.2) ran about 21px past the face's right edge; it now stands on two lines — PUNCH PENDING over CUT WITH THE PACKET — inside the face. The 38: BRU, THE CANON STARTER, THE COLOR CARD, DOX, THE FLEXIBLE HTML CARD, THE FOUNDRY CARD, FUNANCE, THE GEOMETRY CARD, THE GRADE CARD, THE GREAT SEATING, THE GROVE CARD, THE IMPORT CARD, THE KEEPER&#8217;S CARD, THE LIBRARY CARD, THE LIGHTS, LUMED, LUMEP, LUMER, LUMES, LUMEV, LUND TYPE, THE NIGHT CARD, THE OUTSIDE VIEW, PHOENICIAN, THE PROOF GATE, THE RAVEN CARD, ROTA, RUNESCRIPT, THE SALES CARD, THE SEAL CARD, SIDESTUDIO, THE SKILL RANKER, THE SPLIT CARD, STORM LEGAL, THE DELIVERY, THE SHELF CARD, THE STAMP, THE TWIN CARD. And the START SMALL bundle BUILD WITH CLAUDE CODE now reads 'Build with Claude Code.' (it read 'claude code'). Nothing else moved: no room, no price, no punch, no packet — none of the 560 packets carried the old line, so the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-560.zip. The 38 share pictures (og-<card>.jpg) re-cut from the mended faces exactly as the 665 were (ogshots.py, 1200×630): LUNDR-CARD-SHARE-PICTURES-38-MENDED.zip — upload to Content › Files under the same names, replacing. Beside this build, not in the theme: THE ROPE — 585 LinkedIn feed pictures (1080×1350) for every card for sale, six compositions turning like a jump rope plus THE HAND for the eight job bundles, no step and no house twice in a row (LUNDR-LINKEDIN-THE-ROPE-2026-10-04.zip; the cutters steps.py and rope2.py in this master's tools). Proved: the 38 faces measured in Chromium, the line inside on every one; liquidscan PASS. Not run: the every-page sweep — no Liquid layout, CSS or room moved.

12.357.15 · HIRE LUNDR'S MIND

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'make a full section on main page promoting the lease of lundr's mind … they cant buy and use it. only consulting' (Oct 4 2026). Cut from 12.357.14. A full section on the home page, after THE HIGH SEAT: LUNDR'S MIND leased by the engagement, never sold — six points, how an engagement works in four steps, 'what you do not get is the mind itself', fees by engagement quoted after the first conversation, and a request form through the store's own contact form (subject 'Hire LUNDR'S MIND'). No price, no cart, no download; the card stays unlisted. Proved: the home page gated and on seven devices; the every-page sweep. No packet moved: the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-560.zip.

12.357.14 · THE EVERY CARD

2026-10-03

on 'a one buy skill card that gets you everything on lundr.tech' and 'sure' (Oct 3 2026). Cut from 12.357.13. THE EVERY CARD (every-card, Nº 792, THE STUDIO'S OWN · LAUNCHING SOON): one buy, every released card — 556 AI skill cards across 20 houses — and the card that finds the right one for a job, plans the few to install and verifies every packet (every.py, selftest 8/8, witnessed on the real pass). The pass: the shelf on the day bought plus every new card and edition for twelve months, then it stays theirs; nothing renews itself. Not in it: the theme; HYDROGEN, MOONSHOT, SOLO STUDIO and LUNDR'S MIND until Rich rules. Draft sheet: Personal $333 (founding; $618 after the first 333), Studio $1,618 (up to 13 people). The 556-card bundle, THE-EVERY-CARD-E1-2026-10-03.zip (40.6 MB), is delivered beside this master to attach to the product. Proved: the room gated; the every-page sweep; 560 packets punch-checked.

12.357.13 · THE DARKROOM AND THE CARDS' OWN PICTURES

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'lets get all this new stuff onto the lundr.tech theme. and all the ai skill card pages need their actual images of the actual cards in the url links' (Oct 3 2026). Cut from 12.357.12. THE DARKROOM CARD (darkroom-card, Nº 790, ENGINES) seated: 65 photo filters as LUTs in five families and the machine that picks, applies and writes them; LAUNCHING SOON; the 65-filter pack rides beside its packet in the upload zip. THE SHARE PICTURES: every page's link picture (og:image, twitter:image) is now its own card's picture — the actual face, name, role and number on 1200×630 — whenever og-<card>.jpg is in the store's Files (Content › Files), served by Shopify at 1200 wide; a page whose picture is not uploaded keeps the one it had. 665 pictures cut, one for every card with a face, delivered as LUNDR-CARD-SHARE-PICTURES-665.zip (52 MB) beside this master — not embedded, to keep this file openable; 739 pages switched; the theme zip does not grow. Proved: the touched pages gated; the every-page sweep; 559 packets punch-checked.

12.357.12 · THE FIT

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'how can we fill it with cards and then compress it so we can fit more' (Oct 3 2026). Cut from 12.357.11. THE COMPRESSOR is now one command run at the end of every seating (kit/compressor.py): FOLD — each new room pair stores its room once; FIT — each new room joins a shared head and foot it fits, keeping only its own words; THE WALLS — the zip against Shopify's 50 MB, every Liquid file against 256 KB, the shelf rows left, and how many more cards fit at the cost the last cards took. The eighteen seated at 12.357.11 now fit the shared frames: a new card costs about 9.7 KB of the zip instead of 15. Proved: all 36 of their templates bake into the same page and unfold to the same text. The theme zip is 38.42 MB; about 1,200 more cards fit. Watch: the shelf-rows file has room for about 200 more rows before a fourth must be wired; five Liquid files stand over 200 KB of their 256 KB. No card, punch, price or packet moved; the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-558.zip.

12.357.11 · THE NINETEEN, SEATED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'we need to add these the lundr.tech theme too' (Oct 3 2026) and the cards chat's envelope SEAT-THE-CARDS-2 (ENV-73828B0E). Cut from 12.357.10. Eighteen cards seated in THE INSTRUMENTS, Nº 772–789, each with its own room, every buy button LAUNCHING SOON — none on THE TILL, no product set Active, no price typed: THE DIGITAL GOODS CARD (772); FOR AI BUILDERS — THE SPLICE (773), RECEIPT (774), CURRENT FACTS (775), TOOL MANNERS (776), DRY RUN (777), CONTEXT BUDGET (778), NUMBERS (779) and BOT BUILDER (780) CARDS; THE FIRST WAVE — THE QUARANTINE (781), REDACT (782), REGRESSION (783), MANDATE (784), ENVELOPE (785), DATASHEET (786) and AI ESTATE (787) CARDS; THE FOUNDERS — THE MOONSHOT CARD (788; no real founder named or pictured, machine-checked) and THE SOLO STUDIO CARD (789; no name on it). The packets are the cards chat's own, every punch proved against its SKILL.md and every face its own; 68 EPIC WITNESSED. Held: THE HORIZON CARD (SL-2026-10-HORIZON-CARD-001 unruled) and the first wave's THE SOURCE CARD, whose handle is THE SOURCE CARD Nº 427's (the research seat) — it goes back to the cards chat for a rename and a re-cut. THE MOONSHOT and THE SOLO STUDIO CARDS have rooms but are left off the Draft product sheet until Rich rules SL-2026-10-MOONSHOT-001 and SL-2026-10-SOLOSTUDIO-001. Not done: the join with 12.358 (THE AI COMPANY SET), which the envelope asks for first — its files are not in this chat. Proved: the new rooms gated; three on seven devices; the every-page sweep; 558 packets punch-checked.

12.357.10 · THE SHARED FRAME

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'we still have lots more to add and will need some space' and 'we need the files' (Oct 3 2026): every file kept, nothing deleted. Cut from 12.357.9. THE COMPRESSOR's second pass: each room still carried its own copy of the frame — the head before <main> and the foot after it, about 21 KB that differs from room to room only in the card's own words and its handle. Rooms of one shape now share that frame once (snippets/fx-<n> and fy-<n>, 14 shapes each; 608 heads and 696 feet shared); each room keeps its own words as plain captures printed back exactly, and its handle as a variable. Nothing lost: frame.py changes a room only when the shared frame with its words put back is its original text, character for character, and all 720 rooms bake into the same page as at 12.357.9. The theme zip falls from 41.70 MB to 38.24 MB — 11.76 MB of room under the 50 MB line, about 750 more cards at today's cost. No card, punch, price or packet moved; the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-540.zip.

12.357.9 · THE COMPRESSOR

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'can we use the suppresion support or whatever we called it like hyrdogren to fit more in and under the limit' (Oct 3 2026). Cut from 12.357.8. THE COMPRESSOR CARD's first pattern, used on the house's own theme: every room stood twice, templates/index.<card> (/?view=<card>) and templates/page.<card> (/pages/<card>), identical but for the canonical line. 720 pairs now keep both templates — every URL lives — and keep the room once, in snippets/rm-<card>.liquid, with the one differing line chosen by template.name. Nothing lost: every folded pair reproduces both original files exactly (compress.py refuses otherwise) and the pages bake the same before and after; 15 pairs that differ in more stay as they were. The theme zip falls from 48.84 MB to about 41.7 MB: room for some 290 more card rooms under Shopify's 50 MB line. The Hydrogen road (pages as records, one template serving all, as REGISTER-DISPATCH did for lundstudio.co: 10,160 templates to 575) stays the next step if the line is reached again; it needs the pages created in the admin. No card, punch, price or packet moved; the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-540.zip.

12.357.8 · THE RESEARCH HOUSE

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'keep going on improving and updating' (Oct 3 2026), the next of the cards lost in the Sep 9–11 fork (MUNDR-RETRIEVAL-013). Cut from 12.357.7. AI FOR RESEARCH returns as its own house: 32 seats in four wings — THE SCIENCES, THE SOCIAL SCIENCES, THE HUMANITIES, APPLIED RESEARCH — Nº 701–732, rebuilt from the Sep 10 session's own words (the chat "Loading site state and faculty work", researchseat.py), each wing's law in every packet. The Sanctuary's three seats THE HOSPITAL did not already hold — THE PSYCHOTHERAPIST, THE CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER, THE SCHOOL COUNSELLOR — are THE HOSPITAL's MENTAL HEALTH wing, Nº 733–735, the clinicians' law first; its psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, occupational therapist and speech-language pathologist were already THE HOSPITAL's, and its counsellor is THE MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR's seat. Every packet audit 12/12 with 4 tests running, 68 EPIC MANIFEST (the first cut was 76, a method card without tests; the score follows this edition), all on THE TILL at the every-card ruling. Room made: the 13 keepers' old demo films and two data files nothing loaded, removed. The twin's floor reads the new record. Proved: the touched pages gated; two new rooms on seven devices; the menu at 1440×900 and 1920×1080 (the left column whole); the every-page sweep; 540 packets punch-checked.

12.357.7 · THE SHELF, MENDED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'the shelf is all messed up too and needs an update' (Oct 3 2026), with his screenshot of the sport shelf: tiles too narrow, tickets running out of them, and two kinds of ticket side by side. Cut from 12.357.6. The tiles of every page that lays cards in the house grid — the sport, faculties and commons shelves, the crafts, the bundles — stand at least 300px wide (they had shrunk to 243px on a wide screen and 182px on a phone); a phone shows one tile to a row; the ticket fills its tile; a long punch wraps. Every card off the till now reads ONE PAYMENT · NOTHING RENEWS ITSELF with one LAUNCHING SOON ticket — the term ticket had still printed the retired three-term ladder (THE WEEK · THE MONTH · THE YEAR) for any card off the till. Proved: five shelves at seven widths from 2576 to 375, no ticket or word past its tile and nothing sideways; the every-page sweep. No card, punch, price or packet moved; the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-505.zip.

12.357.6 · THE HOUSES ON THE LEFT

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'lets bring those top buttons over the left too on the floor' (Oct 3 2026), with his screenshots of the floor. Cut from 12.357.5. On the floor (/?view=floor and /?view=products) the row of house buttons across the top joins the filter rail on the left as THE HOUSE, under SEEK: ALL and every house, one full-width row each with its count, the chosen row filled violet; choosing one still opens THE WING beneath and the count follows. On a phone (900px and under) the rail is a drawer, so the row of houses stays across the top there. The twin's floor now reads the theme's own room record (689 rooms; it had carried the record of Sep 30). Proved: the floor at 1440 and 1024 (a house chosen from the rail filters the floor; ALL clears it; nothing past the edge; nothing under 14px) and at 402 on a phone (the top row works, the rail list stays in the drawer); the every-page sweep. No card, punch, price or packet moved; the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-505.zip.

on 'bring these over the left side too' (Oct 3 2026), with his screenshot of the menu's right-hand column. Cut from 12.357.4. The free doors (START HERE · FREE — the intro card, what AI is, the career finder, start small, the SideStudio film) and the house's rooms (THE HOUSE — the floor, the shelf, the hall, the great seating, the hundred, the lessons, skills for Claude, about, legal) leave the right-hand column and stand at the foot of the left one as two entries that open the way a house does, each door with one line on what it is, the lines taken from each page's own description. The card lists take the full width: four columns at a desktop. At 1440×900 the whole left column fits with nothing to scroll; on a phone the two are two more rows of the same accordion. Proved: the menu at 1024, 1366, 1440 and 1920; the click-around run; both new entries opened on six phones and tablets (nothing past the edge, nothing under 14px); the every-page sweep. Carries 12.357.4 (the menu holds after a click; THE SHELF CUT's 31) and 12.357.3 (THE AUTO-MENU, THE CURRICULUM and THE HYDROGEN cards). No card, punch, price or packet moved; the upload zip is still LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-505.zip.

12.357.4 · THE MENU HOLDS, THE SHELF RETURNS

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'the menu breaks when clicking around too' and 'you decide' (Oct 3 2026). Cut from 12.357.3. THE MENU HOLDS: a click on a house took focus, and the products menu stayed open over the page after the mouse left; now the mouse picks a house without taking focus and the menu closes as it opened; Esc or a click outside no longer leaves the next hover dead; keyboard use unchanged — the same click-around run before and after, every step recorded. THE SHELF RETURNS ('start with all listed' — every card made, listed on the menu, begun here): THE SHELF CUT (Sep 8, the chat "General check-in") was cut as 38 machine cards and only seven ever reached a theme; the other 31, rebuilt from that session's own words (MUNDR-RETRIEVAL-013), sit in THE INSTRUMENTS in five new wings — THE ENGINE ROOM, THE SHIPYARD, THE FLEET, THE SLIPWAY, THE WARDROOM — and THE FACULTIES' INSTRUMENTS, Nº 670–700, each audit 12/12 with 4 tests, 68 EPIC MANIFEST until its machine is recovered from that session; THE STAMP CARD is THE VERSION CARD and THE SOURCE CARD is THE ATTRIBUTION CARD here (both names were taken); THE AAR CARD is not seated (THE AFTER-ACTION CARD is the same review). THE INSTRUMENTS now 80. Room made: the deck's film re-encoded, 2.71 MB → 1.25 MB, frames compared. Still owed from the same list: the 46 cards lost in the Sep 9–11 fork, the instruments, grade, register and single cards, THE DIGITAL GOODS CARD and the eight cut today in another chat.

12.357.3 · THE THREE, SEATED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'can you put these on the lundr.theme please' (Oct 3 2026), after the five lundstudio.co links (The Curriculum · The Hydrogen Frame · The Headless Era · The Auto-Menu · Hydrogen Architecture, the April chat "Lund studio theme + LUNDR.AI") were cut as cards on 'we need those for ai skill cards for uploading'. Cut from 12.357.2. THE AUTO-MENU CARD (auto-menu-card, Nº 769, THE INSTRUMENTS · punch 006BEB20D1D9F4B6F8E6E8FC) — the menu written from the pages' own records; machine scripts/automenu.py (Python 3, no dependencies, selftest 13/13); two witnessed runs on lundr.tech's own record (656 rooms, each placed once; the theme's 668 pages, 87 named in OTHER); 68 EPIC WITNESSED; on THE TILL. THE CURRICULUM CARD (curriculum, Nº 770, THE METHODS · punch C2EBDB5DC4A6FF1E9E5A604A) — its room had stood since Edition 1 with no packet behind it; Edition 2 cut from the room's own words, the room re-seated on the house pattern; 68 EPIC MANIFEST with 4 tests; on THE TILL. THE HYDROGEN CARD (hydrogen-card, Nº 771, THE INSTRUMENTS · punch D79406218457F427F6800027) — the move from a Liquid theme to a headless Hydrogen storefront as public practice; the studio's eight filed methods (SL-2026-04-HYDROGEN, INV-193–200) held out; seated, NOT on the till — Draft until Rich reads it. Not cut, by the house's law: the eight filings themselves, the Divinity Rule token system, the studio's own curriculum entries. The menu written again from the record (THE INSTRUMENTS 47 → 49). Proved: every Liquid file read Shopify's way; the three rooms on seven devices; the touched pages gated; the every-page sweep; 474 packets punch-checked. 12.358 (THE AI COMPANY SET, another chat, from 12.357) still carries neither the 12.357.2 menu nor these three: carry them in before either is uploaded.

12.357.2 · THE MENU, MENDED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'BRING THESE ALL INTO THE LUNDR.TECH ECOSYSTEM. AND FIX THE MEGA MENU' (then 'Continue', twice): cut from 12.357.1. THE MENU: the products menu rebuilt from the house's own record by megagen.py — nineteen houses down the left, each with its count, counted, never typed; the house you rest on opens on the right with its wings and every card (583 cards and seat rooms, each once — 222 cards had not been in the menu at all); the free doors and the house's rooms down the right; one house at a time (a details group, so a click works with no script and a mouse resting 90 ms opens it); the panel holds to the screen — at 1440×900 nothing in it scrolls, on a shorter screen only the list being read does. It had been 29 lists in ten 120px columns, a 5,600px panel to scroll, names broken mid-word (ANESTHESIOLOG/IST), the house boxes cut off, THE METHODS counted 14 while listing 44. On a phone each house opens in place inside the purple and holds at the top while its list is read (the lists had fallen out of the purple onto cream: an older rule pinned every products menu absolute). The sixteen tradition links on the demi-god and history lists mended — unescaped quotes in their address sent them to an empty filter; each now names its count. THE FILM: the SideStudio room carries his two recordings, lundr.tech to SideStudio — the desktop cut (47 s) on a wide screen and the phone cut (38 s) on a phone, at /?view=sidestudio#film; re-encoded (1.15 MB and 1.22 MB, the words still legible) to keep the theme under Shopify's 50 MB; neither loads until played; a door to it in the menu's START HERE. The desktop cut shows the old menu for a second or two near 0:08 — his recording, kept as he made it; a re-record once this build is live is offered. Proved: every Liquid file read Shopify's way; the every-page sweep (housegate.py) at 390 and 1440; the menu in DAY, STILL and NIGHT at 1440×900, 1366×768 and 1024×768 (19 houses, the panel unscrolled at 1440×900, nothing under 14px); the phone menu at 402×874 (no text under 14px, nothing past the edge). No card, punch, price or packet moved. 12.358 · THE AI COMPANY SET was cut in another chat from 12.357 and does not carry this menu or the film: megagen.py and menu.css ride in the master to carry them in, in one run, before either is uploaded.

12.357 · THE COUNCILS, THE ATLASES, THE FINDER

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'are all the new stuff on the lundr.tech theme. lets get back to that and include all the new updates': nothing made after 12.356 was on a theme; all of it is now. THE OLYMPIAN COUNCIL (olympian-council-card, Nº 663) and THE HELIOPOLITAN ENNEAD (heliopolitan-ennead-card, Nº 664) sit in THE METHODS beside THE COUNCIL CARD — the first two of the 190 councils, recovered word for word from the May 18 factory specs, nine seats each, one question per seat, critique never rewriting. THE ARMORY (the-armory-card, Nº 665 · 882 weapons), THE BESTIARY (the-bestiary-card, Nº 666 · 397 sacred animals) and THE SIGILS (the-sigils-card, Nº 667 · 957 sigils and emblems) sit in THE DEMI-GODS beside THE DEMI-GOD IDENTIFIER — the gods' things as the catalog record holds them, only for figures the seating law seated (each bearer's GS number and card named), a source only where the record carries one. Bug closed: the atlas packets cut earlier on Oct 2 held the studio's own records out by tradition name and missed the ones filed under 'roots', 'world', 'places_ext' and 'storm legal' — the Divinity Rule's licence figures, the filings, the law firm, the NFT products; the house audit caught a $ figure, the seated set closes it, and those earlier zips are superseded. Second cut, 12.357.1, found while recording the SideStudio demo: a doubled '>' after the og:image:alt tag in layout/theme.liquid had put a stray '>' at the top left of every page on lundr.tech since an earlier build and pushed the social-preview tags after it out of the page head; fixed. Bug closed: the upload zip's READ-FIRST had read '%d packets … %d MATCH' since an earlier cut — its figures never filled; it names 471 now. 25 tests aboard; audit 12/12 each; 68 EPIC MANIFEST; all five on THE TILL at the every-card ruling ($18.32) until he prices them. WHAT YOU'RE FOR, the career finder, opens free at /?view=what-youre-for and /pages/what-youre-for. Nº 599 (THE COMPRESSOR CARD) and Nº 600–662 (THE AI COMPANY SET) stay reserved — the cards first took 634–638 and were renumbered before delivery when the Build Record showed the set's range. On THE TILL (348); 544 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 471.

12.356 · SIDESTUDIO, OPEN

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'we need a page on lundr.tech where the sidestudio can live and i can test it before starting another website. we need to be able to collect subscriptions and get this thing going for lund studio and shopify' (then 'lets go'): SideStudio wave 6.32 (SideStudio-55) rides in the theme as assets/sidestudio-app.json and opens full-screen at lundr.tech/?view=sidestudio-app (and /pages/sidestudio-app with the sidestudio-app page template), its two metas set from Theme settings → SIDESTUDIO, gated through the page in Chromium on seven device-and-ground runs: 27/27 rooms, 19/19 tools, 0 faults. The SideStudio room's four seats subscribe once the Shopify Subscriptions app puts a plan on them (one month only stays offered unless a seat is subscription-only) and the room got its OPEN THE STUDIO door. Bugs found and closed: the room's till read ss-app/ss-jour/ss-master/ss-long, so listing the seats' real handles never opened them; the drawer dropped selling_plan on every add, so a subscription would have sold once; the room's rail pushed the menu off a phone once the till opened; the drawer's code box sat at 10–12px. The sealed cart names each renewing line and asks for a renewal tick inside its gates; the product page preselects the plan. Beside it in the upload zip's SIDESTUDIO/: Worker v1.10 (a seat opens by SKU only — v1.9 opened a free Studio seat for an order holding THE MASTER CARD, LUGH or APOLLO; sign-in handed only to SS_APP_ORIGINS; 17/17 tests), the order email v2, the four seats' sheet for subscriptions, the go-live list. No packet, punch or row moved. The demi-god identifier re-cut takes 12.357.

12.355 · THE DEMI-GOD IDENTIFIER

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'do we have the instagram claude demi god identifier ai skill card in there too' (then 'go'): no card held it; THE DEMI-GOD IDENTIFIER (Nº 598, THE DEMI-GODS, beside BRIGID) finds the demi-god in a person from their own story — three figures from the record, the reasons in their own terms, the story with its source named — and makes the Instagram poster, the caption and the alt text; only their own story, never anyone else, character not bloodline. On THE TILL (343); 539 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 466.

12.354 · SIDESTUDIO, SEATED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'ok bring all this into the lundr.tech ecosystem': SideStudio-50 (the uploaded 49 kept as it was, with this session's Ready to Post, the picture hand-off, the full backup and the phone fit as wave 6.27) and THE SIDESTUDIO CARD E2 take their seat — THE HIGH SEAT chamber shows the E2 face, the real box, the 6.27 gate and the punch; the four seats SOLO $13 · PRO $50 · STUDIO $200 · TEAM $300 on THE TILL; the packet in the upload zip with SIDESTUDIO/ beside it. On THE TILL (342); 538 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 465.

12.353 · THE STORE CONNECTOR CARD

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'did we also include the shopify connector app for claude as an ai skill card': no card held it; THE STORE CONNECTOR CARD (Nº 597, THE INSTRUMENTS) works a Shopify store through Claude's Shopify connector — tools read first, the store checked against what should sell, one change at a time on a yes, never a delete, every change logged. On THE TILL (338); 538 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 464.

12.352 · THE WHOLE SHELF AND THE GROVE KEY

DATE IN THE NOTE

THE SHELF rebuilt on 'use the whole page and have a left hand filter like the floor': the whole width, a left-hand rail, every card on the floor as a ranked row, still no script. THE GROVE KEY (Nº 596, THE KEEPERS): Lundr.ai by subscription — the card, a room that reads its plans from the store's selling plans, the Draft product and the key system (selftest 17/17) under GROVE-KEY/. On THE TILL (337); 537 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 463.

12.351 · THE WORKING DAY

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'childcare and babysitting and food workers and stuff like that': the house held cards for the families and professionals around these jobs, none for the people doing them. A new house, THE WORKING DAY — CHILDCARE (5), THE KITCHEN AND THE COUNTER (12), EVERYDAY WORK (11) — 28 partners for the person doing the job, Nº 568–595, 3 tests each, safety and the worker's rights on every card. On THE TILL (336); 536 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 462.

12.350 · THE HOSPITAL

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'the full health care and hospital system … for all the doctors': THE INFIRMARY's nine were held; a new house, THE HOSPITAL, adds THE PHYSICIANS (33 specialties), THE CARE TEAM (14) and THE HOSPITAL OFFICE (6) — 53 profession seats, Nº 515–567, each with 3 tests and the hospital's four laws, 76 EPIC MANIFEST. The home film re-encoded smaller; the menu's columns break long words rather than spill. On THE TILL (308); 508 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 434.

12.349 · THE THEATRE

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'theatre and actors and all the different genres': THE ACTOR, THE COMEDIAN, THE STAGE CARD and the creative domains were already held; a new house, THE THEATRE, adds THE COMPANY (eight roles) and THE GENRES (eleven) — 19 method seats, Nº 496–514, each with its tests and the theatre's three laws. On THE TILL (255); 455 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 381.

12.348 · START SMALL

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'how can we sell other ai skill for people who cant afford the whole divnity rule system' → 'make them': the budget entrance /?view=start-small (free first, one card for one job, eight job bundles, the starter three, the open seat, THE GEOMETRY CARD, the Rule's room named last); eight bundle rooms whose prices and the singles' sums are read from the store; THE OPEN DOOR settings closed until the discount and the code exist. Bundle files and a Draft products file (no price) in the upload zip under BUNDLES/. On THE TILL (236); 436 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 362 packets.

12.347 · THE BUSINESS MANAGER

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'did we build the lawyer and the business manager too?': the lawyers had been built (THE COURT: THE LITIGATOR, THE TRANSACTIONAL LAWYER and their faculty; THE GENERAL COUNSEL in THE C-SUITE) but the two lawyer seats were never on THE TILL; no business manager existed. Now THE BUSINESS MANAGER (Nº 495) is the ninth seat of THE GUILD — 76 EPIC MANIFEST, 8 tests aboard — and it and the two lawyer seats are on THE TILL (228). 436 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 362.

12.346 · THE PERSONAL TRAINER

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'did we build the physical therapist or the personal trainer ai skill card too': THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST had been built (Nº 111, THE INFIRMARY) but never put on THE TILL; THE PERSONAL TRAINER had never been cut. Now THE PERSONAL TRAINER (Nº 494) is the ninth seat of THE INFIRMARY — a thought partner for a working trainer, 76 EPIC MANIFEST, 8 tests aboard — and both are on THE TILL (225). 435 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 361.

12.345 · SPJALD, THE CARD LANGUAGE

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'are there any other coding languages or ai languages we can create': SPJALD, a language for writing an AI skill card in one plain file; its compiler (scripts/spjald.py, selftest 16/16, no dependencies, never online) turns the file into the whole packet with its tests, a twelve-check audit and the punch, and refuses bad lines by number. THE SPJALD CARD (Nº 493, THE INSTRUMENTS) is written in SPJALD and recompiles its own source to twelve of twelve. On THE TILL (223); 434 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 360.

12.344 · THE CLAUDE CODE CARDS, TESTED

DATE IN THE NOTE

built after 'did you build': eight Claude Code method cards (THE CLAUDE.MD, HOOK, COMMAND, CREW, PLAN, CHECKPOINT, CONTEXT and HEADLESS CARDS, Nº 485–492), each with 8 built-in tests and the house test runner (scripts/evals.py, selftest 9/9); THE DIGITAL SHOPPER re-cut as Edition 3 with 10 tests; THE TEST STANDARD at assets/test-standard.md. On THE TILL (222); 433 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 359.

12.343 · THE AGENCIES

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'the full Domains for each category': a new house with the full domains of five agencies — THE SOCIAL MEDIA AGENCY (9 new seats), THE MARKETING AGENCY (10), THE TYPE FOUNDRY (10), THE WEB DESIGN AGENCY (8), THE CREATIVE AGENCY (9) — 46 method seats, Nº 439–484, and the seats the house already held named per agency in assets/agencies-coverage.md rather than cut twice. A menu stack of five short columns. On THE TILL (214); 425 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 351.

12.342 · THE DIGITAL SHOPPER, WEIGHED

2026-09-30

on 'it also weights the pros, and cons, and benefits and price points and long term value and everything': THE DIGITAL SHOPPER re-cut as Edition 2 (Nº 438). After the real total it weighs the decision — pros and cons of every offer from its terms, the product's pros and cons from named sources, the price points from refurbished to the next generation, a ranking by the buyer's own weights, and the long-term cost of owning it (paid + running + repairs − resale, per year and per use, every input sourced or ASSUMPTION); the call is written as trade-offs. compare.py v2, selftest 31/31; WITNESSED again 2026-09-30 in Claude with web search. On THE TILL (168); 379 card rooms on the floor; the upload zip at 305.

12.341 · THE DIGITAL SHOPPER

2026-09-30

on 'can we make the digital shopper price comparison card': THE DIGITAL SHOPPER (Nº 438, THE COMMONS · THE HOME) pins the exact product, reads every seller on its own page, ranks the offers by the real total with its machine (compare.py, selftest 16/16) and hands back a receipt with every link and time; it never buys, logs in or pays. WITNESSED 2026-09-30 in Claude with web search (WITNESS.md). On THE TILL (168); 379 card rooms on the floor; the packets in the upload zip at 305.

12.340 · THE METHODS, COVERED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'are there more methods we haven't done yet… go down all the possible variables and make sure we're covered': every method answers one stage of the work for one object and guards one risk; the coverage map (assets/methods-coverage.md) found eleven empty cells. Filled with methods the studio already practises: THE SOURCE CARD (427), THE TIN CARD (428), THE PRICE CARD (429), THE SUPPORT CARD (430), THE WITNESS CARD (431), THE PRIVACY CARD (432), THE EDITION CARD (433), THE PACKAGE CARD (434), THE HONEST CARD (435), THE AFTER-ACTION CARD (436), THE ROAD CARD (437). On THE TILL (167); 378 card rooms on the floor; the packets in the upload zip at 304.

12.339 · TOWARD 3000

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'keep going towards 3000', read as three thousand cards on the shelf: ten more card files in hand. THE PADDING CARD recovered exactly (the installed lund-padding skill hashes to the punch its room already printed); MÓTA, FINAL ASCEND and THE PURSER re-cut as Edition 3 from the Aug 23 words; six new creative domains (CHOREOGRAPHY 421, STAGE 422, SCULPTURE 423, JEWELLERY 424, LANDSCAPE 425, COMICS 426). On THE TILL (156); 367 card rooms on the floor; the packets in the upload zip at 293.

12.338 · THE METHODS, RECOVERED

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'keep going': 8CFA74B746D004573B432736 is THE VETERINARIAN's own punch, but it printed on fifty-three rooms, twenty-four deck tiles and all eighty faculty rows. The five LUND-CARDS-E2 METHODS cards (RAVENS 009, STORM 010, COUNCIL 013, CONCEPT RANKER 015, THEME 016) re-cut as Edition 3 from the Aug 23 session's own words and re-seated with their own punches; every other surface now prints its own card's punch, or PENDING where no file matches yet (33 rooms). On THE TILL (146); the five packets in the upload zip at 283.

12.337 · THE DOMAIN CUT

DATE IN THE NOTE

on 'keep going': the twenty-two Domain Cut cards (Sep 4, cut but never on lundr.tech) re-cut as Edition 2 on today's anatomy from that session's own words and seated, 68 EPIC MANIFEST as method seats, audit 12/12 each. THE DISCIPLINES gains six beside MILITARY STRATEGY (MARKETING 028, CHEMISTRY 029, THEOLOGY 030, WEB DEVELOPMENT 032, STRATEGY 033, WEB DESIGN 034); THE CREATIVE DOMAINS opens with sixteen, Nº 035–050. Two new menu columns beside METHODS — DISCIPLINES (MILITARY STRATEGY's first menu door) and CREATIVE DOMAINS. On THE TILL (141); their packets in the upload zip at 278.

12.336 · THE METHODS

DATE IN THE NOTE

the scan of the records for method cards: THE METHODS house held eighteen rooms and one packet in hand (MUNDR); seven methods on record had no room at all. Seated as method seats (68 EPIC MANIFEST, audit 12/12): THE ONE UPLOAD CARD (022), THE PRIOR ART CARD (023), THE DOCKET CARD (024) — THE REGISTER CUT of Aug 31, re-cut as Edition 2 from that session's own words — and THE FEHU CARD (417), THE PICK ROOM CARD (418), THE TRINITY CARD (419), THE BOARD CARD (420), written from the studio's records. On THE TILL (119); their packets in the upload zip at 256. Held at counsel on purpose: PEMS, THE CANOPY, THE CARD, KAUPANG and VAÐ, SKRÁ, THE SOUL AGENT, the Industry-Specific Rider Library.

12.335 · THE MASTER CARD

DATE IN THE NOTE

master-card, Nº 416 PROPOSED, THE INSTRUMENTS · THE LOOP, Edition 1, 98 LEGENDARY WITNESSED, punch 365D8080FDD9E30EE67D9CAE: the loop keeper — GATHER · RANK · BUILD · GATE · SHIP · RECORD · ASCEND, one record carried from session to session, the house's best cards named for each step from the house's own records, and master.py (ten commands, selftest 18/18): a step counts only with its proof; a ship without a proven gate never ascends; every session scored on one scale. Seated with its room, faces, record, a menu door beside THE GRID CARD, the floor and the seek, on THE TILL (112); its packet is in the upload zip at 249. The name is a working name until counsel clears it.

12.334 · THE SWEEP

DATE IN THE NOTE

PASS · 462 pages at 390 and 1440 — nothing past the edge, the chrome on the 14px floor, the phone rail one row, the products menu's four states — and the three pages this cut touches (THE GRID CARD's room, THE COUNTER, MILITARY STRATEGY's room) swept again on this build: PASS. Outside the chrome, text under 14px is noted, not failed: the register 2,260, THE LIBRARY, UNBOUND 800, THE FILES 720, the cards index 380, the demi-god marketplace 307, the deck 13, two customer pages 40. THE GRID CARD's room no longer carries the retired week, month and year ladder, its typed figures or its links to /products/: it sells through the term ticket like every other card, and the-grid-card is on THE TILL (111).

12.333 · OPEN FOR BUSINESS

DATE IN THE NOTE

built to sell today. THE COUNTER: /?view=till reads the store the way every ticket does and says, for every card on THE TILL, SELLS · NOT IN THE STORE · UNAVAILABLE · PRICED $0 and the one thing to do, lists the products no card claims, and writes the to-do list and a Draft CSV for the missing. THE STORE DECIDES: 37 ready cards onto the till (the baby, 22 crafts, MUNDR, the twelve council seats, MILITARY STRATEGY) → 110; a till card opens on LAUNCHING SOON and turns to TAKE IT only when the store shows it Active, priced and available. WHAT AI IS has its own full-page section on the deck before START HERE. MILITARY STRATEGY · THE WAR DOCTRINE (Nº 031 PROPOSED, THE DISCIPLINES, Edition 3, 98 LEGENDARY WITNESSED, punch 370882F8FD0C289E02FF0C13) is seated — its room, faces, record, a floor tab of its own and the seek — and its packet is in the upload zip at 96. Prices by his rulings: AI FOR SPORT $6 · THE CRAFTS $13 · every other card $18.32 (the council seats, MUNDR, THE BABY and MILITARY STRATEGY carry the every-card figure; none has a ruling of its own). THE GRID CARD stays off the till until its room loses the instruments' old typed prices.

12.304 · THE RUNNER'S ROUTE, FOR EVERY CARD

DATE IN THE NOTE

no packet, punch or row moved. What moved: every card on THE TILL whose product the theme's Liquid cannot see now sells the way THE RUNNER sells — a TAKE IT button the cart script settles on page load from the store's own product list (the store's real price and variant written in, or LAUNCHING SOON when the store has no product it can sell for that card: none, unavailable, or priced $0). The match is a contest — stem, name-word, squashed letters, the most specific card wins, a tie takes nobody — so "Running card.skill", "Cycling Ai Card" and "Body Building AI Skill Card" are found and the boxer never takes the kickboxer. Read on the live site before the cut: the runner sells as the app's own product "Running card.skill" at $18.32 (the store's price — the $6 in this register is his ruling, not yet the store's); every other till room printed LAUNCHING SOON because Liquid could see no product for it. A product that is Draft or not on the Online Store sales channel stays invisible to everything — that is fixed in Admin → Products, not in the theme. tillcheck.py v2 (in the master) reads the store's list and says, per card, which product it has and what to do.

12.318 · EVERYTHING ON THE HOUSE

DATE IN THE NOTE

the register readable on the house (/?view=register), THE FILES (/?view=the-files, 111 packets: name · bytes · punch), the products files as theme assets, THE PLAN in Theme settings. The paid packets stay out of the theme by the house's own law.

12.332 · THE GRID

DATE IN THE NOTE

THE GRID CARD (the-grid-card, Nº 415 PROPOSED, THE INSTRUMENTS, E1, punch FE4F9082C3B743841713103D): the grid and filter law with gridgate.py, grid.css and WITNESS.md; its room, its menu door, its row on the floor; the packet in the master and the upload zip. The off tile mended (the ticket row on the foot, the row deciding the height); the law applied to the floor and every shelf; the scroll at zero layout shift, measured. Next: the hall, the catalog, THE FILES.

12.331 · SIDESTUDIO

DATE IN THE NOTE

THE HIGH SEAT chamber brought to the Sep 13 decisions: the four seats SOLO $13 · PRO $50 · STUDIO $200 · TEAM $300 (ids and handles unchanged), the line 'Online at app.sidestudio.co, or one file — same seat', the room printing the record's punch. Four Draft products beside the theme (products-SIDESTUDIO-FOUR-SEATS-DRAFT.csv), a month at a time, nothing auto-renews. SideStudio-49.html, the hosted studio, Worker v1.9, the storefront and THE SIDESTUDIO CARD packet are the Sep 13 chat's files (chat 'SIDESTUDIO'); the printed punch is not yet tied to that packet — the check before a seat sells.

12.330 · WHAT AI IS

DATE IN THE NOTE

the reading packet: what-ai-is.packet.zip in the theme's assets (START-HERE, the guide as PDF · HTML · plain text · Word, the record), free, nothing installs; its room at /?view=what-ai-is with the guide readable on the page; doors in the menu's rooms row, the deck's START HERE block and the floor. Not a skill card, not on this register's rows: no punch, no product, no till.

12.329 · EVERYTHING LISTED

DATE IN THE NOTE

THE TRACKER lists every card the house sells: the 439 rooms and the 4,734 seated cards of THE DEMI-GODS (4,088) and FIGURES IN HISTORY (646), from the theme's own records, with GS, tradition, grade, the punch the shelf prints and where each packet is (the Sep 9 delivery, by grade zip). The catalog's 7,313 figures all sell a licence; 4,088 of them are seated cards. The three tracking files carry the seated cards. Only the register asset and the BUILD line changed on the theme.

12.328 · EVERY PAGE

DATE IN THE NOTE

the footer's pulse line and the footer directory at 14px (they were 10.6px and 13px on every page), the announce bar's × at 18px, the phone rail folded to one row under 640px (the wordmark to the mark under 520px), the catalog's 78px sideways scroll on a phone mended, the floor's kickers wrapping. housegate.py, the every-template sweep (459 pages at 390 and 1440): PASS. Twin: the missing 12.320/12.321 rules, every seek box to the floor, the floor keeps its hash, the catalog frame's phone rule. THE MASTER now carries THE TRACKER — all 439 rooms, filterable, with UPLOADED · PRICED · ACTIVE · TESTED ticks and a note per card kept in the browser, export and import — the three tracking files (PRODUCTS.md, DIGITAL-PRODUCTS.md, SELLING-KIT.md) rebuilt from the theme, and punchcheck.py; beside the four, LUNDR-DIGITAL-CARDS-FOR-UPLOAD-94.zip: the 94 packets in hand, every one MATCH, with READ-FIRST naming the 17 that only earlier chats hold. Of the 325 cards on the theme: 94 packets are in this master, 228 rooms print a punch whose packet was cut in an earlier chat (the tracker says which), 3 are not cut yet. No card, number, punch or price moved.

12.327 · THE WHOLE FLOOR

DATE IN THE NOTE

the bug found: since 12.319 the products menu's foot control (CLOSE THE MENU · ESC CLOSES IT TOO · THE MENU SCROLLS ON ITS OWN) stood outside the .mega panel, a sibling of the menu inside .navprod, so it printed in the rail under PRODUCTS on every page, menu open or shut — the bar on the entrepreneur's room; the top CLOSE pill, absolutely positioned inside a panel that scrolls, scrolled away with it. snippets/mega.liquid rebuilt: the seek and CLOSE THE MENU in one sticky bar at the top of the menu, a second CLOSE THE MENU at the foot inside it, the rail-bar gone, one wiring for every menu (button, Esc, click outside). The floor loses its 1120px box: head, tabs, rail and grid run the width of the screen, the tiles fill every column the width allows (233px, 288px above 1900px), the rail is 288px, every label on the floor and in the quick look is 14px or above, the ladder 8·13·21·34·55·89, the house tabs stick under the site's rail and the filter rail under the tabs (floor.js measures both). Two tools in the master: pagebake.py (one template baked to a standalone page) and floorgate.py (Chromium at 320→2560, five faults: the edge, text under 14px, the stack, the width, the menu's four states) — the gate reproduced the faults on 12.326 and passes on this build. Twin: the new menu on all 802 copies, the floor view given its announce bar, rail and footer, #v-products retired and routed to #v-floor. No card, number, punch or price moved.

12.326 · BUY NOW, FROM THE STORE

DATE IN THE NOTE

the deck's rows and the header panels' price lines follow the store's answer, like the floor and the rooms.

12.325 · THE GLOW, LIT

DATE IN THE NOTE

the accent word on the violet header lit again: white-to-lavender letters with their own halo, the stain gone.

12.324 · THE FLOOR, HOOKED UP

DATE IN THE NOTE

every tile on the floor asks the store; whatever is active sells, the rest read LAUNCHING SOON; the BUY NOW filter counts what sells. Twin: the catalog sealed in its own frame so its styles no longer leak into the other views.

12.323 · THE FLOOR, FULL ATTACK

DATE IN THE NOTE

every tile in its card's own hue; QUICK LOOK reads the card on the floor (face, seal, tagline, wakes, never, the machine, the punch, the ticket, the pairs); YOUR HOUSE, DENSE, SHUFFLE, / for the seek.

12.322 · THE FLOOR

DATE IN THE NOTE

the floor rebuilt whole at /?view=floor: every room on one floor, house tabs, a sticky filter rail, the hover that turns the face to the machine, tickets through the till; FIND A CARD lands here.

12.321 · THE SEEK, WHOLE

DATE IN THE NOTE

every room on the house indexed (assets/rooms-index.json); THE SEEK, where FIND A CARD lands, searches all of it on the page, and the shelves answer too when the rooms run short.

12.320 · THE DOOR, HELD OPEN

DATE IN THE NOTE

the door says why when it cannot open; WALK THE DECK folds the letter for the visit only.

12.319 · THE EXIT

DATE IN THE NOTE

the products menu scrolls inside itself; a CLOSE pill at the top and the foot, Esc closes; the catalog link in its column's list; the strip's SORT ME AGAIN a real button.

12.318 · ALL OF THESE

DATE IN THE NOTE

a seventh answer on every question of the sorting: all of the above, and more, with the cursor put in the words box for the more. Second cut, the hunt: the theme scanned as Shopify parses it, clean; eight stray products files taken out of assets/.

12.317 · THE CARDS ON THE CATALOG

DATE IN THE NOTE

the 4,088 seated demi-god cards sellable from the catalog page beside the licence (THE CARD on the house ladder through demi-god-card, name and GS on the order); products-DEMI-GOD-CARD-ONE-DOOR-DRAFT.csv and products-DEMI-GOD-CARDS-4088-DRAFT.csv beside the theme. The files are his from Sep 9; delivery by THE VAULT or by reply. Second cut Sep 29: the catalog template's brace-against-tag mended after Shopify refused the zip; every Liquid file re-scanned clean.

12.316 · THE CATALOG

DATE IN THE NOTE

the Demi-God Catalog marketplace as its own page (/?view=demi-god-marketplace) in its own look, converted whole into the theme; the file's prices by grade through one product with eight variants (products-DEMI-GOD-LICENCE-8-GRADES-DRAFT.csv); the figure written on the order; sold once; bitcoin at the store's checkout through the crypto gateway he enables; the tier lines read the USD floor, never ETH.

12.315 · BRIGID

2026-09-28

brigid-card, Nº 414 PROPOSED, THE HALL · THE FIRST DEMI-GOD: the three fires as the record keeps her; machine kindle.py, selftest 11/11, audit 12/12, punch AF595F2153CA2F66944F6069. Edition of one, sold by wire after the gate; the room carries WRITE THE STUDIO, never a cart ticket; the card names no price. THE-BRIGID-KIT-2026-09-28.zip rides beside the theme with a Draft row for the record.

12.314 · THE SORTING, IN YOUR OWN WORDS

DATE IN THE NOTE

every question of the sorting takes more than one answer and a typed answer the house reads by its words; the first house is yours and the others a foot in; the first seat is yours and the others stand beside you. No card, number, punch or price moved.

12.313 · THE SHOPKEEPER

2026-09-28

shopkeeper-card, Nº 413 PROPOSED, THE CRAFTS: the counter seat that hooks a house up on Shopify (the products file, the contest against the store, the ladder, the punch, the files check, the till list, the plan; with a connection on, the drafts and the reads). Machine counter.py, selftest 12/12, audit 12/12, punch CCADCB516FA1F3F3B14A0F71. THE-SHOPKEEPER-KIT-2026-09-28.zip and a Draft product row at the crafts' tier ride beside the theme.

12.312 · THE LIBRARY, UNBOUND

DATE IN THE NOTE

the 123 books as a house on lundr.tech (/?view=library-unbound): the 100 domain books as singles on live tickets, the Core 23 as a set only, the four sets; products-THE-LIBRARY-UNBOUND-104-DRAFT.csv and THE-LIBRARY-UNBOUND-MAP.json beside the theme. The manuscripts are the June package; the listings await them.

12.311 · THE HALL AND THE PRESENCES

DATE IN THE NOTE

the presences in the code (assets/presences.json, timed by pulse.js), on the footer line (the hour's god and the archangel's watch, the coven's keeper of the moon, the god of the next turning, each linked to its seat on the shelf), and on the hall: the presences with the one on duty marked NOW, THE CHOIR and THE COVEN named, the patrons, and the elders' wall of the 94 faces. Nothing claimed beyond a name on a record.

12.310 · THE PULSE

DATE IN THE NOTE

the house runs on the sky (sun, moon, the wheel of the year, computed onboard); the glow is the mood, in the seat's or the room's hue, by the hour, warmed by the till; rooms wake; one clock for every header; the footer says how the house feels, with the visitor's grove; the sorting names each house's patron. No card, number, punch or price moved.

12.309 · THE LETTER AND THE SORTING

DATE IN THE NOTE

the deck opens on a letter; three questions and the house names your seat; the card speaks first with its face beside it (six houses, forty-eight seats, all real rooms); the seat is kept on that browser and the next visit opens on WELCOME BACK. Next in the walk: THE HALL, the house remembering you through the menu and shelf, THE POST.

12.308 · THE ENGINES

DATE IN THE NOTE

the buying path finished end to end: the drawer shows each card's face and its one file (<handle>.skill.zip), offers the two cards the records pair with the last one added (BESIDE IT, live through the till), the deck's headers buy on the spot, every room checks a downloaded .skill.zip against its punch in the browser (703 rooms), the deck carries FIND YOUR CHAIR (the eighteen), and the sealed cart opens with AFTER YOU PAY. No card, number, punch or price moved.

12.305 · THE C-SUITE, 12.306 · THE FAN, AGAIN, 12.307 · THE REAL ESTATE AGENT

DATE IN THE NOTE

twenty-one cards cut and seated in THE CRAFTS: eighteen chairs in a new wing, THE C-SUITE (Nº 392–409), and three more crafts — THE LANDLORD (Nº 410), THE CONSTRUCTION WORKER (Nº 411) and THE REAL ESTATE AGENT (Nº 412; named so because REALTOR® is NAR's membership mark). Each a person with a machine on THE INFLUENCER's anatomy, audit 12/12, every command on the record; the packets are embedded in the master and ride in THE-C-SUITE-KIT and THE-REAL-ESTATE-AGENT-KIT with Draft product rows at the crafts' $13 (his column). None is on THE TILL. 12.306 mended the sport header's fan for Safari in lume.css. THE FACULTIES' own COMPLIANCE OFFICER (Nº 116) stands untouched; the chair is THE CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER at chief-compliance-officer-card. The rows below are new; nothing above them moved.
