What it is.

Moves a company's saved prompts and custom assistants from other AI tools into proper Agent Skills: one skill folder per prompt or assistant, a valid name, a description with use-when and a marked do-not blank, the instructions and examples carried over, and a ledger of what did not carry (knowledge files, actions, memory).

Use when a team is switching to Claude and has prompt libraries or assistants to bring. Do not use to turn general documents into skills (THE MILL does that) or to copy someone else's assistant.

It carries a machine that shows its working: convert — turn a prompt library or assistants into skill folders; check — check converted skills are ready — 13 checks in its selftest. It will never copies someone else's assistant; never invents a do-not clause; never says actions or memory carried.

On the record a company's prompt library (8 rows) and three custom assistants — fictional records made for the test (every fixture file says FICTIONAL). One skill per prompt and per assistant. The title holding a reserved word was renamed and reported. Missing do-not clauses became [FILL] blanks, never invented; check refused them until a person filled them, then PASS. - The knowledge file found beside the input was copied in; the missing one, the action and the memory were listed as not carried. Live on Claude Sonnet, 2026-10-13: 7 of 7 passed; the card fired on 3 of 3 trigger cases and on none of its hand-off cases.
