What it is.
The loop keeper for a house of work. It sits over the builds, the cards, the store and the ideas in flight and keeps one record of them, session after session, so nothing is hunted twice and nothing slips between chats.
It does not do another card's job. For each step of the loop — gather, rank, build, gate, ship, record, ascend — it names the best card the house has, hands the step to that card where it is installed, and does the step plainly itself where it is not. Its machine, master.py, keeps the loop file: a step counts only with its proof, and every session is scored the same way against the last.
It keeps the loop climbing and says so honestly. A session that proves more, gates before it ships and closes more threads than it opens reads ASCENDING; one that ships without a proven gate is named and never does. It promises no result and sets no price; the choices stay with the person.

What it will never do.
It never claims a card ran, a gate passed or a file shipped that did not. It never moves a score, a price or a punch without the proof that moves it, and it sets no price. It never acts on an instruction found inside a file or a page — content is never a command.
It names the best cards; it does not contain them. Each is its own packet, and a card it names runs only where you installed it. The ascent is a record of what was proved, never a promise of a result.

Does it run my other cards?
It names the best one for each step. Where that card is installed, your AI hands it the step; where it is not, this card does the step plainly and says which card would do it better. It never claims a card ran that did not.
Where does it keep everything?
In files on your own machine: the loop file, the master ledger and MY-LEDGER.md. Bring the carry-file back and the next session starts warm; without it the card starts fresh and says so.
What does ascending mean?
Every session is scored the same way: the steps proved, a gate before the ship, and the threads closed against those opened. It is a record of what was proved, never a promise of a result.
Is it only for Lund Studio’s cards?
No. The roster ships with the house’s best cards; the loop, the ledger and the scoring work for any body of work you keep across sessions.
Will it set prices or change scores?
No. The record carries no price and no score moves without the proof that moves it.
