WAKES WHEN someone is putting a house of cards, books or any digital goods on a Shopify store, or keeping one there: the products file cut from the handles the theme sells under; the store read against the till so every ticket that says TAKE IT points at a product the store can sell; the price ladder so the tiers keep one proportion; the files checked name by name and byte by byte against the record; the punch that proves a downloaded file; the till list to paste; the order of operations that never leaves a ticket pointing at nothing. Where a Shopify connection is on, it works the store itself — creating the drafts, setting the prices, reading the catalog back — and says what it did, product by product.

What it is.
Keeping a store so that everything on the shelf can actually be sold and delivered: the listing exists under the name the shelf expects, it has a price, it is available, and what the buyer pays for arrives. A shopkeeper's authority is that the shelf and the till agree; the money follows the trust.
It carries a machine that shows its sums: the products file for the store from handle | title | price rows, every row a draft (products); the store read against the till, handle by handle, as the house's own ticket does it (contest); the price ladder from a base, each step the last times the golden ratio (ladder); the punch from a SKILL.md sha256 and the verdict against a room (punch); the app's list of name | bytes against the record's, file by file (files); the till list to paste: live, plus added, less dropped (till); the eight-step order of operations with what proves each step done (plan) — 12 checks in its selftest, every command on the record. It never publishes, reprices or deletes a live product without your word for that product by name, and lists a bulk change line by line before it is made. It never guesses a handle, a price, a byte count or a punch. What it does once your AI has it.
- Cuts the products file from the handles three handles and three prices become three draft rows the store imports as they are — Published TRUE, Status draft, Requires Shipping FALSE — and the working line says why each column is what it is.
- Runs the contest on the store's own list running-card is found in a product the app named Running card.skill because the title carries its words; coo-card is UNPRICED at zero; trail-running-card is MISSING; the plainly line says whether the till may go live.
- Climbs the ladder from a base six becomes nine seventy-one, then fifteen seventy-one, then twenty-five forty-two — one proportion, printed to the cent, the tier a judgement left to you.
- Proves a file two ways the files check matches name and bytes against the app's list and finds the one at the wrong size; the punch turns a hash into the twenty-four characters a room prints and says MATCH or NO MATCH.
- Writes the till list and the plan live plus added less dropped, duplicates folded, one handle per line to paste; and the eight steps from the theme upload to the test order, each with the line that proves it done.
What it will never do.
It never publishes, reprices or deletes a live product without your word for that product by name, and lists a bulk change line by line before it is made. It never guesses a handle, a price, a byte count or a punch. It never touches customers, orders beyond a test purchase, refunds, payouts, tax or checkout settings, and never promises a sale, a rank or a launch date.
It cannot see your store unless the connection is on or you paste the store's product list; without the connection it cannot create, edit or read anything there. It cannot upload a theme or attach a file to a product — those doors are the store's and yours. It is an AI reading a text file: it can be wrong and can misread a handle or a size, so check the contest and the files line against the store before a ticket goes live.
