You have come to the door of a guild.

PEOPLEI · THE HALL
Five thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven seats in twenty-seven houses. Each seat is one AI skill card: a text file an AI reads and becomes — the shopkeeper, the general counsel, the chief executive's first ninety days, the research scientist, the data center technician, the runner's coach. None of them is a person. None of them was ever a person. They are made here on one anatomy, scored on one scale, punched with their own name, and they wait, in files, for a name to be said.
II · THE ROLL OF HOUSES
III · THE RULES OF THE HALL
- No card is a person, and no card speaks as one. Where a card bears a name from history or myth it is the record of a figure, read; never the figure, and never anyone living.
- Every card can be wrong. It is an AI reading a text file. Check what matters. The risk is yours.
- Nothing leaves your machine. A card has no server and sends nothing anywhere; what you type it never knew.
- The punch is the card's name. Twelve by eight, ninety-six bits of its own door, drawn on the face. Read it off the face before you trust the file.
- Nothing renews itself. One payment. Editions replace files. Freeze, not loss.
IV · WHAT IS STRANGE HERE, SAID PLAINLY
It is right to find this strange. A guild was once the slowest thing in a city: a generation to learn a trade, a lifetime to be trusted with it. This one was cut in a season by one person and the machine beside him. It does not sleep, does not tire, and does not remember you — not out of discretion, but because it cannot.
The scale is the unsettling part: not one clever bot, but five thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven seats, each the shape of a job someone holds. The house's answer to the fear is not a softer word for it. It is the rule above, printed on every face and in every licence and here at the door: an AI that can be wrong; check what matters; the risk is yours.
V · THE DOORS
What this place is, in plain words.
lundr.tech is a shelf of AI skill cards made by one studio. A card is one file, <handle>.skill.zip, on the LSC-1 anatomy: a door your AI reads first (SKILL.md), the card itself, a machine where the card has one, the laws it keeps, its licence and its seal. You give it to your own AI — Claude, or any AI on the open Agent Skills standard — and say the card's name.
Every card is scored on THE HUNDRED, the house's published scale, from evidence: the self-test run, every command found on the record, the anatomy whole. WITNESSED means the run was witnessed; MANIFEST means the card declares it. THE STANDARD says what every card meets and how to read one before you buy. The terms and THE CLAUSES ride in every packet: an AI that can be wrong; check what matters; the risk is yours; not legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
The guild has no members who are people, and it says so at the door because the alternative — letting you find out inside — would be the one dishonest thing in the house.
