What it is.
Plans a company's rollout of an AI assistant team by team: a pilot, waves, a data-review gate before sensitive teams, a use-case list per team, a training schedule, adoption measures and a weekly tracker, then reads the tracker to show which teams are behind.
Use when a company is bringing Claude or another assistant to its staff. Do not use to write the announcement messages (THE ANNOUNCEMENT CARD does that) or to decide a company's data policy.

Pilot, two waves and a dated data review gate: Finance, People and Legal start after the gate. Live on Claude Sonnet, 2026-10-13: 7 of 7 passed; the card fired on 3 of 3 trigger cases and on none of its hand-off cases.
