What it is.
Puts the long test to a body of work — can it survive the person who made it: audit reads a folder of the work's own records against four pillars, each HELD, THIN or ABSENT with the files and headings that count as evidence and what is missing — teachable (a written method, worked examples, a way to learn it), provable (results on the record, cases by other hands, a test anyone can rerun), transferable (what is owned, where the keys are kept, a hand-over) and defensible (a register of what is protected, the licence, dates on the record); bus reads who can do each part of the work and names every part only one person can do, any part nobody can, and the person holding most alone; handover reads a hand-over folder for the pages a successor needs — what it is, how it runs, who does what, where the keys are kept, what is promised, what breaks first, the renewals.

What does it need from me?

Does it send anything anywhere?
No. The machine is a standard-library Python program that runs on your own computer and sends nothing anywhere; the words run wherever an AI reads Markdown. No server, no account, no key.
What is on the record?
The self-test (8/8) and every command run on real example inputs, pasted into WITNESS.md as they printed; the punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md, so a downloaded copy can be checked against this room.
Can it be wrong?
