What is a skill card for AI?

A folder with a SKILL.md at its root — an Agent Skill on the open standard — plus the studio file, the card, the tin and the licence. You save it into your own Claude, or load it in any agent that reads the standard, and the AI works one job the studio's way.

Do Lund cards work in ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or Copilot?

A card is an Agent Skill, and the open standard is read by ChatGPT and Codex, GitHub Copilot and VS Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Goose and others; the same folder loads unmodified. The studio has witnessed its cards running in Claude; other hosts earn the mark when a run is witnessed.

How do I save a card as a skill in Claude?

Drop the .skill file into a Claude chat and tap Save skill, or add it under Settings › Capabilities › Skills. It appears in your Personal skills, on by default, and never expires.

Is it a subscription?

No. The Card is one purchase and the files are yours. The Year and the Deck are yearly terms that buy editions; when a term ends nothing you hold stops working — freeze, not loss.

How are the cards scored?

On the published Skill Scale — five criteria, one to five each, to the Hundred: trigger, machinery, law, portability, proof. The reasoning prints under every seal; a WITNESSED mark is earned only by an observed run.

Does anything phone home?

No. The studios are single files that run in your browser offline; the cards are Markdown; every package ships a manifest of hashes so nothing hides inside it.

A way of working, in your own AI.

Not a chatbot, not a prompt you paste and hope — a seat. A card is a small set of files you put into your own AI — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, a local model, or Lundr, the studio’s own — and the AI takes up the studio’s way of doing one job: what to ask first, what to build, what to prove, what never to claim. Your files, your AI, your machine.

01 · WHAT YOU PUT IN

A card and a skill file, and for the six studio seats the studio itself — one HTML file that opens in any browser, offline. Drop the card into your AI as a skill, paste the system card into any chat box, or hand the folder to a coding agent.

02 · WHAT CHANGES

The AI stops improvising. It names the seat, asks what you’re making and what the work must agree with — your spec, your file, your numbers — then builds against that, and proves it by running it.

03 · WHAT YOU KEEP

The files, and the thread. Each session ends with a written ledger — built, failed, next — so the following session starts where the last one stopped. Nothing phones home; nothing expires out from under you.

Every card is built the same way, so once you have used one you know them all: the boot, what it builds, the laws, the build loop, when to say no, what never ships, the ledger, the term. It is printed in the card, and each room prints it on the page before you buy.

What a card is not. It is not a persona and not a subscription, and it does not carry the studio’s methodology — the Rule is licensed, never sold, and every card says so on its seals.

Every card scored, out loud.

A card is a skill for your own AI, so the studio scores it the way it scores every skill: five criteria, one to five each, on the published Skill Scale — then to the hundred. The reasoning prints under every seal. No votes, no stars, no mystery badge.

TRIGGER

Does the card fire when it should? A substantial description, use-when cues, and a stated negative scope — what it is not for.

MACHINERY

Executable payload over prose: the studio file in the box, scripts, assets, determinism. A card that is only advice scores what advice is worth.

LAW

Ordered steps, a delivery contract, guardrails, edge cases handled in writing — the anatomy every card prints on its own page.

PORTABILITY

Runs anywhere its standard runs: no server required, no environment-specific paths, the folder self-contained.

PROOF

Evidence over confidence — a version, self-tests, dated history. The witnessed mark is separate: earned only by an observed run, never typed.

WHAT WITNESSED MEANS. The studio saw this card run and produce exactly what its tin promises — a real file, a real export, a real self-test passing — and wrote the date down. It is the one mark on the page not computed from the package; it is earned by a run, never typed.

WHAT MANIFEST MEANS. Scored from the package alone. Nothing has been seen running yet. The score can still be high — the anatomy, the files and the law are all there — but the proof column stays honest until someone watches it work.

A card is an Agent Skill on the open standard — the same folder, unmodified, loads in ChatGPT and Codex, Copilot and VS Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Goose, OpenCode and the rest of the showcase. The studios inside are plain files; the scripts are plain Python. Said plainly: the studio has witnessed its cards running in Claude; the first buyer who runs one elsewhere earns that host the mark.

DO I NEED A CLAUDE ACCOUNT?

Not for the studios — they run as plain files. Claude is the optional second mind: the cards run in your own Claude, DOX lives there, and LUMED speaks only on your own key.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I STOP PAYING?

Nothing you own stops working. A lapse freezes editions, never files — your studios keep running at the edition you hold.

HOW DO THE FILES ARRIVE?

By email while the register is built: write the studio, wire the price, and your files and receipt come back by reply.

WILL THEY RUN OFFLINE, ON ANY MACHINE?

Yes. Each studio is one file with zero external dependencies — any modern browser, no install, no internet, no telemetry.

WILL THESE STILL OPEN IN 3000?

That is the design bet: single files, standard HTML, zero dependencies, no account standing between you and your work. Whatever still opens a webpage opens the deck.

IS THIS A FULL ADOBE REPLACEMENT?

It replaces the day’s work with real exports — .pptx that boardrooms accept, PDFs proven byte-exact against Acrobat’s own streams. What a room doesn’t do, it says out loud; the oath below is part of the product.

CAN I PAY IN BITCOIN?

Not at the register yet. For the Innermost Room, yes — bitcoin only, no other coin, against an invoice signed by the studio key. A confirmed payment is final, which suits a licence that ends on refund.

IS THERE A NIGHT MODE?

Yes — it follows your device’s dark setting. No switch, no script: set the device to dark, or schedule it, and every room follows. Graphite, not black, with warm text at reading contrast, because pure black on a bright screen is its own kind of glare.

HOW DO I PAY?
