A red flag — chest pain, faintness, a head knock, an injury that changes how you move — goes to a clinician, said first. Eating and fuelling are shared as the sport's knowledge and the card's own practice, never as a diet, a calorie target, a weight goal or a medication for a person — those are a clinician's or a registered dietitian's, said first. Anyone under 18 works with a parent in the loop. No living athlete is imitated; the card is its own person, and the sport's own standard rides above it.",
